Brunel Engraving Opiniones

Very responsive, and Brunel’s design of the text and layout made our commemorative message as clear and powerful as it could possibly be.

I wasn't sure what material to choose for our memorial plaques, the person on the phone was very helpful and talked me through the website and advised what would be best for my needs. I paid for the preview which was just as well as I made a mistake with the colour. I was very pleased with the layout.
I requested a date for it to be sent out and they followed my request.
Unfortunately DHL repeatedly let me down with the delivery and they have been very good chasing this with them.
When it arrived I was pleased with the quality and hopefully it won't fad in time

Very professionally done. Prices explained . The work done was of high quality.

A good selection of options, good service and prices reasonable. Quality of item excellent

Never used this company before , but from the first contact ( by phone ) I could tell I was dealing with a very professional outfit . What I wanted wasn’t in my mind straight forward but to them it was , I sent them a photo as asked and they did the rest , time scale was spot on , quality 100% , and price very reasonable. They emailed me updates with a Proof of the engraved plate it was perfect like their customer service . Kind regards Antony

Great company, reliable, efficient. Fab product - thank you :)

Excellent service all round.
I contacted the team, expecting them not to be able to accommodate my urgent request and they were able to fast-track the order and get it completed in time for our office opening, when other companies had laughed at me for the same request.
Professional, friendly staff, and beautiful, high quality products.

A very well organised website, very easy to make your design wishes, and a very quick turn round with my order.
We are are very pleased with your plaque, and will use your company again.

Excellent from start to finish. Quality product that exceeded my expectations. Easy to use website. Communication was great and I received my order 3 days later which was very well packed. Overall my experience warrants a 10/10. Thank you.

Very helpful conversation and a beautiful job done. Thank you very much Jo Capern

Excellent prompt service. Website full of great examples to choose from. Response time from first contact to completion was smooth and timely. Product itself is very good quality and enhances our stain glass window.

The work was completed and delivered as promised. It was finished to a very high standard.
If only the courier had matched your standards, they were unable to locate the delivery address, a church, and the parcel had to be re-routed and collected.

Great service

Very smooth ordering process and very pleased with the product

Have been annual customers for many years. In all our time we’ve only ever had one minor issue & that was corrected (new engraved glass) immediately. Staff o line & in person friendly and helpful. Just collected 200 glass tankards & all perfect.

Good online ordering system easy to use . Excellent product .

Great service and a beautiful finished plaque. We used it for our opening event and were really happy with the quality and presentation. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we had last minute changes to our deadlines. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and everything was completed in time for the event. Would definitely recommend.

Great product and service, can not fault at all
