Brunel Trophies Opiniones

Nice people, good service, could not have been better.....

Amazing experience with the team! They helped me get my award very fast and efficiently, and the product itself exceeded my expectations.

You are very efficient with returning purchasers and quick to carry out the order.

Fantastic service and very professional from start to finish

Amazing service and decent price. Needed a trophy for our running group race. Mocked up a design in PowerPoint and sent it off. Brunel Trophies responded the next day with a draft which I amended and was finalised that same day. Received the trophy within the week. Great quality. Perfect for what we needed.

On top of that, I had problems logging onto their website to view the draft - all my own fault (I was trying to logon to a completely different site would you believe! I blame the AI search engine!!) - and they simply sent a PDF by mail (again, all done in one day).

Will definitely use them again.

I think the prospect of proof reading a print without seeing on glass can be hit and miss but I spoke with Tom in design and he got it spot on. Glasses used were perfect also. Very happy.

We ordered a cup that would be sufficiently majestic as to reflect the magnitude of the Motorcycle Action Group's Simon Milward Lifetime Achievement Award. The MAG logo was reproduced perfectly, all other instructions were followed to the letter, and it arrived amazingly swiftly.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Brunel Trophies. The quality of the awards exceeded my expectations—they look fantastic, feel substantial, and are crafted with real attention to detail.

What impressed me just as much was their speed. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and their team was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. If you need top-tier trophies paired with hassle-free, efficient service, I highly recommend Brunel Trophies!

Great Plate, great customer service

Excellent service

Easy to deal with. Fast delivery.

Quick turn around of artwork and artwork changes. Prompt delivery using reliable delivery service. Can’t fault the genetal service.

Great service from Brunel Trophies and the award looks great. The only thing that let the side down was DHL who delivered my package to another address and I was told that it might be quicker if I picked up the package myself.

Very efficient & friendly service.

Great communication and help. Thank you.

Great all round service. Thank you for you advise on plaques and fast turn around.

This is the 16th year Brunel have provided medals and engraving of perpetual trophies for our club. They are helpful, very clear communicators, and the work is always accurate and completed on time.
