This was our fourth stay at Moffat.
It’s a cracking biker hotel and the family go far beyond as far as customer service is concerned.
Can’t recommend enough from booking to arrival.
The good is simply excellent and really good quality throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble and always there for route guidance, local knowledge and advice generally.
One of our group broke down in the middle of nowhere 3 hours from Glasgow.
Clint offered to pick him up although managed to get recovery.
The following morning Lint and Polly
Put bike on charge and transported bike into local town.
Without them our mate, a Spaniard would have had a terrible time sorting his bike.
The family made life an awful lot easier.
Thankyou to all of you and your welcome and service is second to none.

Excellent place to stay . Great food , good bar , friendly family run hotel , nothing is to much trouble . Very bike friendly , power washer , cleaning products, compressor etc. I would definitely go back.

We love staying at this hotel. Family run and always treated well. Great food, great staff, great dog friendly place to be. Hotel has great character and the decor is lovely. Ideal location just off M74 we always stop here on our way to Scotland. A warm welcome always, nothing is too much trouble to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. The place to stay in Moffat. ❤️

If you're looking for a friendly, warm welcoming, very clean hotel with staff that see nothing as too much trouble, and with fantastic home cooked food, this hotel is the place to stay, n with great pricing and garages for motorcycle.... Its perfect, all round 10 out of 10

We stayed at the Buccleuch Arms hotel for one night in August, on our journey up to Inverness. It had not long re-opened after the Covid-19 lockdown. The room was basic, but perfectly adequate and dog friendly.
What really made us LOVE this hotel, was the people. Every member of the team we met were fantastic. They were very helpful, extremely welcoming and really could not do enough for us... just excellent hospitality.
The full Scottish breakfast in the morning was also excellent!!!
We would definitely stay here again.
