This is a scam site. Ordered 2 items from Buffalovely’s website in December. A postage label with tracking was immediately generated but items never sent. No response to my e-mails or Facebook message. I disputed through Paypal and got my money back.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I ordered an item from them two weeks ago and zero communication ever since. They have not responded to any of my emails about the order or when it will ship. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a SCAM

I’ve ordered from this company twice before (once in 2019, and again in 2022) — zero issues. So, I placed an order online on November 24, 2024. I ordered 3 Christmas themed items - a soap dispenser, wall hanging and a shirt. I paid $150.45CAD for my order and $51 of that was shipping. On December 5, 2024 the shirt shipped. Just the shirt. I received it December 17, 2024. I waited for shipping confirmation for the other two items — which never came. On December 22, 2024, I emailed their customer service asking to be refunded for the other two items plus 2/3 of the shipping ($97 total). They did not respond. I emailed again December 28, 30 and 31. No response. Emailed again on January 8, 2025. Now I’m furious. Still no product. No refund. No response. I messaged them on Instagram. Then I receive an automated response saying to contact their email. I DID. I’ve now started a dispute with my credit card trying to recoup some of this money. It’s just so sad that this company, which was once good and reputable, is an absolute out-and-out SCAM. Do not order from this company. Since I was a repeat customer I didn’t look at reviews online first as I didn’t have a bad experience in 2019 or 2022. They do not care whatsoever about their customers. They literally STEAL from them. They have STOLEN $97CAD from me. And I want it back.

If I could also rate this as 0 I WOULD. I have ordered from them about 3 times before, shipping was never fast but it was PER their policy. Now I sit here, 1/7, my order was placed 12/22, I have sent MULTIPLE EMAILS, and 0 response. Never, never again. Based on the non response alone. What an AWFULLY managed business.

I have ordered from Buffalovely many…

I have ordered from Buffalovely many times in the past and had decent experiences. The last time wasn't great, had no reply from seller when inquiring about a tracking number but ultimately got my items, so I ordered again for this Christmas. My order was placed on December 9. I got an order confirmation and tracking number. I was watching the tracking number and the item was still awaiting USPS pickup in Buffalo on December 16. So I reached out by email. No reply. On Dec 17, I emailed again because the items still showed as awaiting shipment. No reply. I emailed again on December 21 saying I no longer needed the items as they would not arrive in time and to refund me. No reply but they suddenly shipped the items that afternoon (I emailed in the am). I now have the items which I cannot use and they will not reply on how to return them or get my money back. I actually liked this company, and I know December is a crazy time of year for small businesses, but they really failed me this time and I am still trying to return the items and get my money back. Will not order from them again.

Scam

If zero stars were an option, I would have given that as my rating. I ordered from this company and never received anything but they charged my credit card. I attempted contacting them via email as well as social media and have never received a response (yet they’re on Instagram to post new things frequently). Long story short, this company is a scam.

Worst Company Ever

If I could give no stars I would. Today 10/18/2024 I finally received an order I place on 5/24/24. This was after emailing, filling a complaint and a charge back with my cc company. Honestly didn’t think this would ever get here. So I was surprised. I ordered chip and dip bowl. Today what I got was NOTHING like what I ordered. I got a Lenox cereal bowl with a cricut sticker slapped on the side. I get better customer service for Temu, and better quality control. Don’t order from these person/people/company. It’s a scam.

Don't order from them, it'll never arrive

*Update 10/29/24 - Package arrived today, a full 42 days after I placed it. Buffalovely never responded to any of my emails and they blocked me on both their IG and FB pages.*

I placed an order with their Labor Day sale on 9/18. As of Oct 14, 2024, it still hasn't shipped, they haven't responded to any of my emails to BOTH their Gmail addresses buffalovely716 and buffalovelyhelp; all I get is an auto response about them having little kids running around and they'll need 1-2 days to respond. NOR do they respond to questions posted to their FB & IG posts. I've had to file a dispute on my CC because it doesn't look like they're planning to ship anything out after a month.

Orders take 1.5+ months to arrive, company is non-responsive

Order placed on 8/30/24. Sent an email on 9/12/24 asking for a shipping update, no response. Package finally shipped on 9/16/24, has still not arrived as of 10/04.

I have an additional order still pending from 9/18/24. They printed out the USPS mailing slip on 9/24/24 and sent the "Package has been Shipped" email, but when I check, USPS is still awaiting the package for pick up as of 10/04/24.

They delete your comments on their IG pages and block you if you ask why delivery is taking so long or complain about lack of response.

Beware- you won’t get your order

Placed my order on July 26th, 2024 for 2 mugs. Reached out a couple times to ask for a status update and they won’t respond to emails- and that is the only way to contact them. Because I purchased them through a link on Instagram, I received an email this morning that Instagram cancelled my order and is initiating a refund because Buffalovely did not fulfill my order in a reasonable timeframe. Apparently Instagram monitors purchases and automatically takes action to help protect you against fraud, or enough complaints came in about this company that they auto refunded everyone who purchased through Instagram? No idea. Sad because I wanted those mugs!

**STAY AWAY** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 4 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING FOR ORDER OR RESPONSE TO EMAILS. NOTHING!!

I ordered a wine stopper 4 weeks ago. I have reached out several times to cancel my order and get a full refund, as I see this item doesn't look like it is going to be shipped. I have messaged both gmail.com addresses they have and have gotten ZERO responses. Of course my card was charged immediately after placing the order yet it has been four weeks and I have not received my item or an email saying it is going to be late. Delivery date through Instagram keeps changing and no one is responding.

Ordered item 2 weeks ago - nothing

Ordered item 2 weeks ago. No response from company when I’ve checked on the status. Recv’d purchase confirmation immediately and money was taken from my card for the purchase. Now I’m receiving junk email from them but nothing about my order. Very frustrating. Do not recommend this company at all.

Shop to stay away from

I am only giving one star because there is no way to give zero. As an Esty shop I thought it would be safe. The shop only responded when I asked a question before the purchase. The 54.00 baby photo mat came with a wood marker in the ad. After the package never moved on the tracking ( label created waiting for package) I started messaging her. Finally it said it shipped. When it got there two weeks late it only had the marker no photo mat. I messaged her again for a second tracking number no response. Stay away from this shop.

Shop Etsy instead!

Boy, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Was charged for 2 trivets on May 3. Received zero communication from this company.

Tried to reach them by insta and FB. Got auto reply to email them at gmail. Sent 2 emails and totally ghosted. How are they allowed to stay in business? They obviously have a good social media service pumping out content every few hours.

Shop Etsy and do not order from here. I disputed the charges with my bank and will hopefully get my money back.

Never received the full order (#59232)

Never received the full order (#59232). No response after multiple attempts to contact the company over social media and email.
Months later still no response. Products I DID receive I would rate 6 out of 10 for quality. I ordered in September of 2023 for Christmas. Is it outright theft if they ghost you? I mean NO response to any and all tries. They have my money and I have no product. 6 months later!

DON’T ORDER BUFFALOLOVELY.COM

So I recently placed a small order (3 items) with Buffalo Lovely & after waiting for almost two weeks I was excited to receive my package in the mail…or so I thought! In the package was only one of the three items I had ordered. I checked the tracking number & it read “Partially Delivered” so I gave it another week before trying to contact Customer Support but received no response. One of the missing items was supposed to be a gift so I even ordered it again since it was on sale & tried contacting Customer Support two more times…it has now been over a month & I still haven’t received any response from the company nor have I received my missing items or the second order I made! I understand that things happen & that’s okay but what is not okay is ignoring your paying customers! I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m making an exception for this because I want to warn others that may be considering making a purchase with buffalolovely.com just save your money & spend it elsewhere because this company obviously doesn’t value their customers, they’ll take your money & then they’re done with you whether you receive what you paid for or not!!!
