Its been a pleasure to work with Arran and the team, Very professional and always on hand to help. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Having been stung by the collapse of CRL a few years ago, we pay a lot of attention to the structural warranties we arrange. We generally place warranties for 3-5 houses per year through LBB, and will continue to do so for the fast service and clear communication. Our warranties are arranged by Jack, and Jennifer Wilson has been fantastic with processing reports and responding to our queries. I wouldn't hesitate to use LBB again.

I have had a great experience working with the company, The communication with Alanah was absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable, professional, and polite and has always delivered what was asked in a timely manner.
I had a very strict deadline for the structural warranty and was struggling with some of the paperwork from my end, however, Alanah, helped me compile those documents, and got me the warranty certificates on time, which is truly appreciable. It was great working with Alanah and I shall be looking forward to working with the buildsafe again. Many Thanks for understanding the urgency and delivering great service.

LBB has organised a number of structural warranties for us. The whole team is helpful & efficient, especially Bree.

I’ve used Jack & his team at build Safe for several of my projects. I’m very happy with the service. What works best for us, is that we get property warranty insurance and building control with 1 inspector. This saves time. I highly recommend using this company.

We had a 3 month deadline to obtain a retrospective warranty for a property or face a financial penalty. Arran quickly identified the product we needed. He worked with our solicitor and estate agent to ensure the supplier and product chosen met the conditions of the penalty. Arran understood the process from start to finish and kept the application on track. In fact we received the final paperwork with plenty of time to spare. Arran kept us informed at each stage and was always on hand to answer any queries.

We have used Buildsafe on a few occasions now and whilst the product, product knowledge and general service has been perfect for our needs Buildsafe have gone over and beyond the required or expected service standards where we have hit a hurdle during the warranty issue process.
