I was very happy with the service from BuildSafe

We are only have way through the process at the moment but my experience thus far has been very positive. I have dealt with both Alex and Tomek and found them very responsive to questions and helpful along the route. I hoe the rest of the experience continues to reflect this as I believe it will.

It has been a pleasure dealing with BuildSafe for my development warranty. They have simplified the process for me and been very responsive and friendly. I would definitely use again.

Wahida was extremely helpful in providing the completion documents, that enabled the completion of a sale to progress within a very tight time scale.

Excellent service from start to finish.
This was the first time I had to go through this process and was led through the whole process. Wahida, who was the person dealing with my case, was brilliant, Her communication was clear and she was always quick to get back to me when I had questions. I would recommend anyone to use BuildSafe.

Excellent and very responsive service from Mathew Blackhall. Very good price for new build warranty and Mathew very helpful with queries. Process of taking out warranty appears very simple too. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Build Safe have been an excellent company to work with. I personally liaised with Freddie and Wahida who were both extremely knowledgable and professional. I had an exceptional experience from Leah and Ellie at Buildsafe. I needed to obtain a PCC certificate on a complex house purchase. They pulled out all the stops to hit my timescales and were super helpful.

The staff are always very helpful. I have dealt mainly with Maia and she has understood the pressures we are under and helped in every way she could.

Provided a replacement policy for Alpha. Easy process to follow, including the site survey and accompanying documentation. Great service via email and phone. Always friendly and responsive and very professional. On this experience would unreservedly recommend.,

Had a problem with a previous provider, Buildsafe were able to offer a quick solution, good prices and great customer service.I look forward to working with Buildsafe on my future projects and would recommend.

Asked to provide a warranty quotation 5 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Given numerous chasers so had every opportunity to provide the quotes. Never before met a broker who couldn’t quote. I find it slightly duplicitous as well that they advertise under multiple brands posing as different broker services, so when you do attempt to go elsewhere because of nonexistent service, surprise surprise, you’re often back speaking to them again under a different name. Time wasters

Your claim that you contacted me on numerous occasions for more info to provide a quote is a flat out lie.

What you did do, is contact me on numerous occasions over the next 12 months asking me if I had any new developments coming up that you might be able to help me with. And when I reminded you what an utter shambles of a service you provided the one time I did use you and that I would not use you again if you were the last broker in the country, you 'apologised' and said you would 'update your system' so as not to contact me again.

Until next month when you would call me again to ask me if I had any new developments coming up that you might be able to help me with.

You lot are clowns, and when you put your customers on hold, you should play clown music so they know they are dealing with clowns.

We had great service from BuildSafe from the start and throughout - they identified the right policy for our conversion project and negotiated terms on our behalf. We were very impressed with the customer service throughout the process and in particular the efficient manner with which queries were dealt with and general chasing of other parties.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Charles Preston’s attention to detail and prompt response to queries by both phone and email has been excellent. Once we accepted the quotation, Wahida from Broker support together with Charles, worked very hard to ensure the certificates were issued in a timely way.
I would have no hesitation in recommending London Belgravia in the future.
