It's unfortunate some customers have had substandard service from Bujairami. I hope staff and management care to read the reviews to further improve their service.
As for myself, I really wanted their Jammin (Dupe for LUSH Rose Jam) I ordered from Melbourne, received email acknowledgement instantly and the bottle arrived at my doorstep 3 days later. So impressive, even moreso when I opened the package. The box and perfume bottle in itself is a display item. Even prettier and of higher quality material than many high end luxury perfume originals I own. Absolutely love love. Initial spray there is an alcohol scent which almost immediately disappears to make way for the glorious scent of Rose Jam which to me is almost 100% identical and is very strong and long lasting. I guess I have been lucky in this particular scent choice and would be keen to try out some other names. I give this dupe a big fat A+++++.

Firstly, I have over 350 different perfume dupes from several Australian companies. So would consider I have a fairly good idea of what is decent on the market. I have purchased 5 bottles from this company. Four were ok, albeit below standard to the others on the market for longevity (about 15 min max) and almost no sillage. But four out of five were close enough to the original scents (I also collect originals). Dupes are meant to be a bit of fun and no one expects them to be identical to the original but as long as the profile is close enough to enjoy as they are, then they are ok. So I didn’t expect fantastic or even great quality and none of the other four purchased would be ever considered good quality, just very average at best. The appeal of this company is they tend to have a few scents which are not yet completely flooding the market elsewhere, and offer 100 mil bottles for $45, the bottles and packaging are a bit more extravagant than other companies giving the misconception that the quality is high, but the marketing is clearly where their efforts are, not in the actual product they are providing , (social media and packaging to pimp up a poor quality item).
My main concern, and the reason for this warning, is one of the items (the dupe for Kayali Freedom musk) was so offensive it made my throat swell and breathing difficult when I sprayed it. It did not smell anything like the original as the chemical smell over-rode everything. I asked a few family members to try it and the same reaction. Instant sore throat which lingered for a few hours. There may be an issue with their manufacturing, or it could simply be an AICIS concern where they aren’t abiding by the IRFA guidelines. I contacted the company immediately(as they advertise a return policy of 14 days) and even requested they swap it for a different one due to the other four (despite being substandard dupes on the market) not having the same strong offensive chemical smell. I was prepared to give them the benefit of doubt that there was just a bad batch and hoped they would be professional and replace the faulty item. I have not received a response. Not even a courtesy email of receipt. I contacted three different advertised emails, left a message on their company voicemail, and the WhatsApp option. Nothing. This company cannot stand by their products as they are unable to face their customers when something goes wrong. Nor are they honouring their 14 day return policy, which goes against basic NSW consumer rights. This indicates it would not be an isolated case but a common regular occurrence with their products which they do not want to address. I note there are other reviews on their Facebook page and online which give warnings regarding the offensive (possibly hazardous) chemical smell. As I have not had any response to my emails or phone message, I feel they have disgusting customer service. From my experience, out of all of the other cheap perfume dupe companies on the market, this one is the absolute worst for quality and service. I’ve never had this level of appalling, unprofessional customer service, nor below standard products by any other Australian dupe company.

Customer communication non-existent, have placed an order and has been many days without it being shipped. Tried emailing with no reply back. Buyer beware, maybe go visit their physical shop instead…

Weak and not projection or lasting power at all…you get what you pay for 🥴

I received my order but it was missing items, I have emailed, rang them, used their chat and tried to WhatsApp them to no avail.. Like others that have left reviews, their after service is non existent.

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing the rest of the reviews, I felt inspired. I have 7 fragrances from bujairami, it wasnt mistake, I genuinely loved 3 of them and will consider rebuying. But my problem with it is , some bottles Don't last long , pojection is weak and then some are strong. It's very hit or miss. I do love some fragrances but I also agree with some of these comments here saying there is a chemically smell. I cannot prove they are being made in India or they are toxic chemicals. But my skin does get itchy and red sometimes, which doesn't happen with my 31 other bottles of cologne from differing brands. Bujairami is a good bargain find. For all those people who haven't received their items and they live overseas. Do not worry, he is not a scammer, it really is a legit business but I do agree with the skin rash and weak colognes. Otherwise my strongest scent has been madness and stronger with you intensely. Customer support is basically non existent online. GG

Ive been into the mermaid beach store and had the best service from Tasmyn. She knew her stock and gave me all the time I needed. Soooo happy with the service and the product. I will definitely be back

Dissapointing products. Smells like chemicals. Unsafe for use. The refund request was denied, and then they stopped responding. Formal complaint sent to ACCC. Unprofessional and untrustworthy brand.

customer support and customer service non existent unfortunately , whereas say Jalu , Palermo we did an email back or response back , shame as this seems to be a v common issue reported on reddit and other forums , seems the guys just dont care nor bother to reply to any email ..they too busy on tiktok posting videos , just a word of advice guys pls invest in customer success as well

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! This was my first purchase with BUJAIRAMI, and it will not be my last!! I am absolutely hooked!! From the BEAUTIFUL packaging, the GENEROUS sized bottles,the AMAZING prices and OF COURSE, the FRAGRANCES!! EVERYTHING is above and beyond, top quality! The fragrances are 'bang on" with the originals, and they LAST! NOW, my only problem is, which fragrance to choose next!? I HIGHLY,HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving BUJAIRAMI a try, you won't be disappointed!! OUTSTANDING!!

I don’t have sensitive skin, but I experienced stinging and burning after using a Bujarami fragrance. Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one affected. I hope the reaction is temporary, but this is an important warning for anyone considering their products.

I’ve made two purchases from these guys over a period of a month or so and both times the fragrances were sent with a day or so and I received them quite quickly. As for the actual fragrances I really didn’t know what to expect as most of the reviews I found looked like they were paid or they were getting a kickback from posting their review BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The fragrances are very good. They seem a little stronger than some of the ones they are inspired by which I’d definitely a good thing. I find for myself a lot of fragrances fade within about 4-5 hours which is normal but these last a bit longer. Of the four I received they are definitely pretty close to the original and these are value for money too. I blind bought them too as I don’t live anywhere near one of their stores. Hope to visit the Gold Coast one soon and definitely buy some more. Out of all the dupe fragrance stores in Australia I’ve others to be much more long lasting.

Pretty inexpensive and the scents are well made. The only thing to keep in mind is that certain original scents are made very light and Bujairami’s versions are stronger so at times there’s a difference from the original.
