Goeie service en fijne bungalow
Goeie service en fijne bungalow, voorzien van alle moderne gemakken! Er is zelfs een restaurant en een zwembad in het park! Wat ons wel tegenviel zijn de verouderde meubels en de slechte kwaliteit kussens in de bungalow. Maar dat is niet heel erg, we hebben het alsnog naar ons zin gehad!

Fijne ervaring
Het chalet had een gezellige sfeer en was schoon (in tegenstelling tot wat in een aantal reviews te lezen was)
Ook was er een doosje met handige spullen voor in de keuken. Het terras/balkon was ruim met een prima uitzicht, omdat de meeste chalets tegen een schuine helling opgebouwd zijn.
Het park was rustig en er is een gezellig terras bij.
Fietsen in de buurt van het park is lastig, vanwege het hoogteverschil, maar langs de Maas zijn mooie en makkelijke fietsroutes.

C’était un séjour magnifique
C’était un séjour magnifique, le cadre est exceptionnel entouré de verdure, nous avons eu l’occasion de faire de belles promenades à la citadelle de Dinant et les randonnées. C’est un endroit calme et reposant. Le bungalow est très bien équipé et complet . J y retournerais sans aucun doute !!!

Alles was prima geregeld.
Alles was prima geregeld door Bungalow.Net. Ruim voor vertrek kregen we een link met alle mogelijke info over het park en de villa, heel handig was dit. Er was ons ook beloofd dat we op voorhand een link zouden krijgen waarmee we de bareel aan de ingang van het park konden openen, maar die hebben we niet gekregen. Ik heb zelf contact moeten opnemen met Maasresidence Thorn daarvoor.

In whatsapp I did not get a solution in how to connect my booking to the Boshoek App. I tried twice. So I got in contact with them and heard that my email address was not correctly given to them by you. Irritated me a lot.

Totaal niet behulpzaam
Totaal niet behulpzaam. Wij hadden een appartement met wifi, uitzicht op water en airco geboekt. Dit zat er niet. Met name de airco was een ding ivm de hond. Gebeld: ze gingen kijken wat ze konden doen. Vervolgens horen we niets meer, weer zelf er achteraan gebeld, maar er werd niet meer opgenomen. Wij hebben na 2 dagen besloten om weg te gaan, toen kreeg ik opeens een mail, dat ze niets kunnen betekenen, omdat wij zelf hebben besloten om de accommodatie te verlaten en niet op een oplossing hebben gewacht. Vooraf gewoon geprobeerd te bellen met hen, maar er werd weer niet opgenomen. Echt belachelijke organisatie.

Onze oprechte excuses voor de ongemakken die u heeft ervaren. Op onze website staat vermeld dat alleen het hoofdgebouw is voorzien van airconditioning. Onze klantenservice heeft vanaf de dag dat u contact heeft opgenomen u geprobeerd te helpen en was bezig met het regelen van een mobiele airconditioning. Helaas heeft u niet gewacht op deze oplossing. Desondanks hebben we een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling als compensatie verstrekt. We hopen dat dit uw ervaring enigszins goedmaakt.

When we booked in January the site said € 50,00 for airco. When we received the confirmation we were charges for € 100,00. I made notice of this, but got the answer that the site is not up-to-date and that we had to pay 100 or make the choice for not using the airco…This is not how it works in my opinion. After 6 months it still isn’t adjusted. The site still says 50,00. This is not customerfriendly. Maybe it would be good to notice on the site that the keys, sheets, towels and babybeds have to be picked up at another adress. It is quite a lot of stuff and hassle we thought. For the price we paid we expected to have everything at the house. Maybe this is a point of attention to discuss with the agency there.
For the rest everything quite fine.
