Every thing was good,staff were polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable,the hygiene was great and the dentist explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.Would recommend Bupa to anyone.If you had a choice of dentist I would recommend Grace she is so polite and professional.

It was only a check up appointment were nothing was need but given advice etc by the dentist.reception staff helpful and friendly.

Very professional from the start, had a later appointment but due to a cancellation got seen earlier, on the day didn’t wait for long, although the practice was very busy, the dentist came for me and escorted me to the clinic, explained everything and proceeded on with my treatment, which was a filling and scale and polish, my filling wasn’t an easy filling, but the dentist was very good, I checked later on and found he had done a excellent job

Hardly any waiting time, polite welcoming at reception, friendly dental assistant and my dentist Vish Kumar explained clearly what he would be doing during my time in the dentist chair
