When buying a used car there is always a leap of faith as to what you are buying and who you can trust. So the result is not just a car salesman but cars that are checked out as much as humanly possible.

Buying a car can be a slog. Disinterested dealerships, staff with no knowledge of or interest in the cars they sell, waiting times for build slots. You're likely to spend more time talking about finance options than about the car.
Not with Burcham. Ross is a truly lovely person with a passion for cars. He genuinely wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. His attention to detail meant that I got exactly the car I wanted without the wait time or hassle of a main-dealer "experience".
