I ordered about 15 items, unfortunately a few were not available but the remainder was sent and a refund was promptly issued for the unavailable items. Once received I was pleasantly surprised. The tops and sweaters I purchased we just as advertised. I do wish they would show a few more photos of each item on the website. Overall very pleased.

The dresses I received were exactly as described on the website. Measurements were spot on!! All the clothing I received is well made and adorable!!

So far I've been very happy with my purchase from Burora. My 3 tops are beautiful.

I'm in the process now of arranging an exchange in size. Customer service has been great.

Clothes were a very light, almost silky fabric. Pretty much exactly as pictured. I ordered a small and they were all a little on the large side.
Overall very happy.

I ordered 6 dresses and LOVE all of them.
3 of them didn't fit (too small) but they are so gorgeous I gave them to my friend who is feeling pretty lucky!!!

I ordered 3 tops. 2 were delivered as ordered. 1 of the tops received was not what I ordered - different colour and style. I like what I received, but I would have preferred the top that I actually ordered.

I love the dresses! Shipping was slow and confusing. They sent messages that a few of the dresses weren't available and they could ship the other dresses. I approved then all the dresses arrived. I happy with that circumstance but just a bit confusing.

The fabrics of the items I ordere were all 100% polyester, despite on the website being listed as blends of much nicer fabrics. They would not give me a full refund.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience with Burora. Unfortunately, one of the items that I ordered was not shipped (it was refunded) and the other two items took about three times as long as it was supposed to take to arrive. The dress and sweater I ordered were both of very high quality and I've received lots of compliments on them. Overall, I would suggest ordering something even if you're skeptical, but just manage your expectations in terms of the delivery.

I ordered three dresses in medium and they all fit and are very comfortable. The fabric is soft and flowy. The pictures on the website were very accurate. The order took a long time to arrive, but the tracking information was accurate and I could see the stage that my order was in throughout the wait. I was pleasantly surprised by Burora.
