Business class club, dealt with my inquiry very quickly, and found the flights I was looking for, and for a good price.

This is the second time we have used Jaycob and Businessclassclub and the service and prompt, efficient and the staff, both Jaycob and Bruna have been very professional.

With respect to previous correspondence and our settlement agreement regarding compensation for airline tickets, it has now been over a year since I received the last installment. In 2023 BusinessClassClub agreed to a refund totalling $4220 USD, on the basis that the review on Trustpilot be removed. At the end of March 2025, I had only received $2323 USD.
Despite numerous reminders, you have not fulfilled your side of this agreement.
And as advised previously, I will now exercise my option to revert to "Trustpilot", the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) and social media platforms, by providing the entire correspondence history relating to our agreement and payments on this matter. Trustpilot may also consider that their platform has been deceived and compromised by your approach and actions on payment promises. This is not my preferred approach to resolving matters, but your lack of action has given me little option."

I spent AUD 20,000 for tickets that I couldn't avail due to my wife's illness. Jaycob Tandier and Bruna Soares sent a credit notice in 2024 valid for 2 years. Since then I could not get hold of the any of these people or the office contact to reissue tickets. I have sent numerous calls to Jaycob, Bruna and the office, sent emails and whatsapp messages. No one picks up or responds to my messages or emails. I can forward all my communications to anyone who is interested. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are FRAUD.

In the 9 years my family has been has been lucky to have had Jaycob organise our flights (particularly to Europe ) he has never let us down and always at an unbeatable price. I cannot fault him. Service was great. Unfortunately, we were not advised that our trip booked thru Lufthansa Airlines was actually United Airlines with a different booking number, making it difficult to obtain that information until we checked in. An improvement for communication is suggested.

Jaycob was Brilliant from the very beginning. Easy to deal with and prompt service. The booking process was easy and payment through PayPal was seamless. Cannot wait to book again through Business Class Club the service they provide and pricing was Superb!

Prompt responses to questions. A competitive price. Jacob gave me options and having dealt with the company before I was confident of their service.
I didn't realise that my return flight took me to a totally different terminal in Perth, 10 mins. drive from the long term parking. Perth is unusual for that. Jacob probably didn't realise that either.

Jaycob found me some great priced tickets to London (from Perth), and the trip went without a hitch.
I have already booked another trip with Jaycob for my wife and I and look forward to using him again.

I must say our experience with the business club was absolutely exceptional. Jaycob was easy to deal with, he was accurate, fast and was true to his word in every aspect. I had a great experience and would not hesitate to use this business for any future flight bookings.

Never used this club before, but it will be my choice in all my travels.

I got my money back as I was not happy with their service and the way they conduct business.

So I am happy with the end outcome.

Since an invoice and confirmation never comes from the actual airline after payment confirming the booking is held and locked in, I personally find this to be problematic and uncertain. Maybe the business can change this to give its customers greater assurances and clarity that the booking is 100% locked in.

It can be a stressful and uncertain booking process.
