I am absolutely delighted with the product and service that I have received from Business Magnet and in particular my account manager Justin Gutteridge. For me the Business magnet team took out all of the hassle that goes with setting up an advertising campaign like setting up keyword searches and taking photographs from our existing website and adding all the relevant text and information that our customers want to know. I didn't have to lift a finger! They took care of everything. Our page on their website looks superb. Whats striking is that it actually looks like a website and you don't get this when advertising with other companies. Justin and the Business Magnet team have also given me a lot of technical help with reference to Google analytics and helping me connect our website to Google analytics. This was a massive thing for me because you need to see statistics in relation to your customer base. We have received more website traffic and customers than ever before and Business Magnet has played a part in that. One last thing to say is that they are not a company who take your money and then put your company in there directory and then you don't hear from them until your renewal comes around. They have been in contact several times throughout the year on the telephone and by email to ask is there anything else they can do in terms of updating the page or to give us news on new developments and changes implemented by Business magnet. I highly recommend this company and can't speak highly enough of them and they are competitive on price which is always important!
