Ordered, waited two full business days to get an impersonal 'your order has been canceled because the pricing was wrong' email. No apology, no 'please re-order' or offer to retain the business.
The 'new' price listed after was seven times the original amount.

We're terribly sorry. There was a software glitch which cause the prices for hundred packs of buttons to be incorrectly reset to the price of a single button. As soon as we realized it, we corrected the problem, contacted you, and provided a full refund.
We're a small business using US-made materials and union labor; unfortunately we can't sell things for a tiny fraction of what it costs us to make them.

No need for a tag
I love that my dogs don't have to wear a tag with these collars. They are washed weekly and hold up well. Plus, the shipping is lightning fast. I will continue to order these collars.

Order was complete and received as promised. Lanyard material is soft and comfortable. Snaps are good quality. Lanyard is shorter than I would prefer. An extra 2-4 inches would be better. Still, quality trumps these issues. Also appreciated ability to order only quantity needed vs bulk ordering elsewhere.
