Great service
Great service. There was a problem with the delivery date due to a shipment going missing. Buxton kept me informed throughout and gave me the option of a refund or to wait for the delayed item. I chose the latter and true to form it was delivered on the day they said.

I do right of way clearance and install fire brakes around pole structures throughout the Pacific Northwest here in the states and a lot of specialty clothing is not available here. I have ordered from another big named retailer in The Kingdom but waited a month and or not had product show up at all and then had trouble getting a refund. With Buxtons it is obvious no matter where you live or how far, the most important customer is you! Thank you for keeping us safe in Oregon!

Decent service
Quick service thanks. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that, I placed a large order, one of the items was a pair of chainsaw boots which did not fit correctly so I rang and ordered a size larger and agreed the courier would pick up the pair to return and drop the bigger size off. I have been charged for this!!! Surely when spending hundreds of pounds this cost should be paid by the supplier not the customer!!!!

Hello,
Hello,
We recently dropped off our mcculloch chains which had the following issues
1,sticking throttle
2, non functional safty brake
3, weeping fuel cap
After nearly 3 full weeks the saw has not been fixed or even been inspected and the relevant work and parts quoted for.
This a slow poor level of service for such well known large establishment, completely wasted our time at a time of year we need to use the saw.

Russell, I'm disappointed to hear you had a poor experience with us.
At peak times in the year our workshop works on a longer than average lead times. We inform customers of the expected lead time whenever they book a repair or service with us, especially during busy periods, however it seems we didn't communicate this with you effectively this time. I can only apologise for this inconvenience Russell, I understand your frustration.
