Items not in stock
As with our order last year, our recent one was missing and item as it was not in stock. We had to wait almost a week for the last part of our order.
Would be better if the website accurately detailed out of stock items so alternatives could be chosen.

Great service and, to its credit, Buxtons holds stocks of spare parts that aren't available elsewhere. My one criticism is the £6.50 flat rate postage fee which, for two small replacement springs for secateurs, seems steep, especially when it arrived in a big DPD van. Maybe a smaller fee for small items?
