Ordered in February never got anything. There's no customer service number, email address bounces back, the contact us form on their website doesn't work. Just no way to contact them and get your money back. Total scam!!!

I placed an order using Bitcoin $$$$
3 weeks later have not received my order
No reply to direct emails and the contact form on the website is fake and does not work.
They also have a Chat support but that is also fake and does not work
My Bitcoin payment $$$$ was processed and I have no recourse
BEWARE this is a scam

Edit: @Charlie_San_Diego / Good news : I have chatted with someone! She told me that they couldn't deliver atm and that I will be refund.
Bad news: Chat window suddenly close, no way to relaunch it (...) and then my account has been deleted (...). Isn't it possible to warn californian authorithies?

Stay away!
Stay away!! No customer service. They don't respond to Emails or they.get bounced back. No phone number to call. They promise customer service 24/7 but they are only there to take your money. 6 days and no response from them. Total scam.
