BuyTshirtsOnline Opiniones

If i could give them zero stars i would. I placed a order on the 12th and was told delivery would be within 2-5 days. I gave them 10 days before contacting them as i know there are postal delays etc.

I emailed them and received a response telling me they haven’t even dispatched my order. I messaged again asking when my order will be dispatched and when I’m likely to receive to which I received the same email which now seems like a automated response.

Shocked at the disgusting customer service this company provides. I understand that delivery delays are inevitable however i should have been contacted and made aware of the situation so i could make other arrangements. Also, why are you ignoring my questions by replying to my messages with the same message.

I am now left without stock for my customers thanks to this unprofessional company.

I’ve been purchasing from buytshirtsonline for 2 years now and I must admit their customer service is second to none. Sometimes white garments have arrived dirty or with marks, and they have sent replacements straight away. The reason I am writing this review though is because I literally put a last minute order in yesterday, and needed it to arrive before Christmas, but it said it was expected to arrive in January so I was a little deflated, I did not raise this issue with anyone and it wasn’t the end of the world. But less than 24hours after ordering, my garments arrived. Wonderful service and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thanks

Use BuyTShirtsOnline for all my club merch! Never had an issue, great prices and I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service - great quality and very competitive pricing. We will be ordering again for sure!

Great guys to deal with - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Product absolutely spot on and very quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Ordered over 600 T shirts with a tight deadline and got a fantastic service. Kids love the shirts, our tournament looked great with so many bright colours lighting up a dismal day in a dismal COVID era. Great service and good company to deal with.

This was my first time using a T-shirt printing business. It was a super easy process. The T-shirts were great quality and Sally in the customer relations team was great at keeping me informed and answering all my questions.

Great service from start to finish! I will be using them again!

I used BuyTshirtsOnline for a recent embroidery order. The level of professionalism stood out as they helped me through the entire process. I can not recommend them highly enough and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great communication and excellent quality garments, especially for the price!

Brilliant from start to finish! I had to place a huge order with a tight deadline after I was let down by another company and Chris and the team were exceptional. They turned things around quickly, kept me informed, and the t-shirts arrived ahead of schedule. Plus, the logo looks brilliant. Couldn't be happier. I'd definitely use their service again and recommend them. Thank you to all involved!

Great selection of product and quality of embroidery is excellent. Would recommend and will use again.

Quick and easy process, great communication, can't recommend enough!

We are an American school based here, and placed an order for over 200 garments in two different colors and two designs! The images we were own and looked exceptional, the turn around time was very quick. We are very pleased and will continue to use them and put them in our books for future years.

Excellent company, couldn't be happier with my products!!! Great customer service and the design team guided me throughout the whole process which I value a lot. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We got some caps embroidered with our logo for our Company. The service was super fast and the final product is amazing! Definitely recommended!

This is the second year we have used them and as before speed of delivery, quality of both T Shirt and stada d of printing was faultless. With their keen pricing and their helpfulness I would not wish to look elsewhere.

First class service - couldn’t have beEn more helpful. We needed an quite a large order fairly urgently and they managed to get the whole order delivered to Guernsey in 10 days - and all the items were of a great quality and the printing was exactly as agreed ! Great job !!

First time using this company, but definitely not the last! Purchased t-shirts and hoodies for my martial arts school. All embroidered at a much cheaper cost than most printing companies, let alone embroidery ones.
Excellent quality of materials as well as embroidery. Massive choice.
Everything perfect from start to finish. Sally from the sales team was also excellent throughout, quick to respond to queries and always polite, professional, and helpful. Don’t hesitate to use this company. I certainly will be in the future.

Great quality products! Thanks to Chris who aswered all my questions and helped me throughout all this process!
