Ordered items on a Saturday with a 3-5 day delivery lead time. Called to check on status to be told estimated delivery is 9 days after order. They also stated the 3-5 days quoted are actually business days. If that is the case - just state that on your lead times! Arrogant customer services. Take it or leave it attitude. If I could leave zero stars I would.

So disappointed with this company
I ordered a six pack of cups. Still hadn’t received an email a week after ordering to say they had been posted. So I emailed the company who said sorry an issue with supplies however I did get an email that same afternoon saying your parcel has been sent out, may be a coincidence.
I received the cups few days later damaged exterior box and broken cup inside. I took a photo and emailed to the company. Their response was we cannot send you another cup as we can’t split orders so I wouldn’t have a full set now and they would return the money for one cup.
Cups are nice enough but service was very bad.

Exactly what i was looking for at an affordable price. Delivered within a few days of ordering. Very happy with the plates I purchased.

The item i ordered was sent to the wrong address an empty shop but the delivery driver somehow got a signature when I rang i was told someone would get back to me still waiting not very good service
They sent out a replacement within 3 days much better service

Great price ordered a fryer and was delivered the next day easy website it was quick easy and simple

I placed an order on 31st March based on next day delivery, as advertised on the website, and paid £24.99 for shipping on that basis.

The order did not arrive until 13th April. Having received no tracking information but instead, an automated email asking me to leave a review before the order had even arrived, I sent a follow-up enquiry. I received no reply.

The items did eventually arrive, but the delay and lack of communication fell well below expectations, particularly given the premium delivery charge.

Ordered Polar C-Series Upright Commercial Freezer 600 Litre from Buzz, it was delivered straight from the manufacturer, and put into place. Excellent customer service. Thank you 😊 Will be using again.

Multiple time I tried, says items are in stock, after paying, you have to wait several days to receice they will say items arent available

Great products which arrived well packaged. Delivery delayed by one item which was out of stock - it would have been helpful to have been informed about this. Otherwise very happy overall and will definitely use again.

O purchased from this "company" more then 10k furniture.. everything brand new.. 2 of the dishwashers were faulty..4 months used..and without using them much..broken..only parts covered from them.. 1 year warranty of what? Absolutely embarrassing costumer service and policy.. i'm sure i will never buy bot even a spoon from them and all the people i know..

Avoid this seller. On their website they show you nice, available items, and you pay expecting to receive them the next working day. But it can take up to 10 days, and they have no contact or communication with you after the sale. You have to call them every day to follow up, and they give you a different, ridiculous excuse. In the end, they promise to send your items “next week"

Unfortunately they did not have the £2000 dishwasher i purchased they did take the money then offered me an inferior one for £1400 I accepted this as needed dishwasher fast i have still not received my £600 back this was over 5 days ago .

Over a week for delivery when it stated next day delivery, had to call to check the order had been placed.

I have bought 8 stainless steel teapots and they are absolutely beautiful, strong and sturdy. They were delivered promptly. I would highly recommend using this company.

Ordered crockery from Buzz, it was delivered straight from the manufacturer, boxes were wet and one box had collapsed at the delivery depot. I phoned Buzz and received a replacement the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you 😊
