We purchased a brand new Aristarco undercounter dishwasher (Invoice dated 01/09/2025) from Buzz Supplies Ltd for £2,769.95, including installation and a stated 2-year parts & labour warranty.
Issues arose within just 5 months of purchase. For a brand-new commercial machine at this price point, that is simply unacceptable.
To put this into perspective, we have been using a glass washer from a different supplier for the past 10 years. It is serviced annually and continues to run smoothly without issue. That machine has proven far more reliable than this brand-new unit.
Despite the 2-year parts & labour warranty presented at sale, the after-sales process has been unnecessarily difficult and restrictive. Emails regarding warranty issues have gone unanswered for weeks. Our machine has now been out of order for more than a month, yet we are still not receiving replies to our emails.
When calling, the telephone operator was rude and excessively defensive, not allowing a proper conversation to take place. Basic customer empathy appeared to be lacking.
For equipment costing nearly £3,000 and marketed with a 2-year parts & labour warranty, you expect durability, reliability, and responsive support. Instead, we have experienced poor quality and frustrating after-sales handling.
The sales process was smooth — but the product quality and support have been extremely disappointing.
