Great 5/5 service when selling my car through Carwow.
As expected there were minor reductions to the agreed price once the car was seen in person, but nonetheless the whole process was smooth and only Hemn (I hope this is his name, as he was brilliant) was to thank for that.
He was quick at explaining the process, and only delay was Carwow releasing the funds. Thank you for your service

Brought a car from these guys spent 15k outright for a Range Rover. I picked the car up driving home the engine light came on. I called the garage to be told to just call the warranty company. Turns out the whole DPF unit was shattered and completely broken inside and out. Warranty refuse to pay and I had to spend 4 thousand pound I didn’t have to fix it. For a garage who insist about the multiple checks they do, inspections etc it is appalling. To have brought a car and literally drive it home and it’s broken. They knew this thought of course. Selling cars with issues that they know aren’t covered on their warranty and then just fob you off! Thanks guys I paid fair price for the care but spent another 4k on top just to have it working 😊
