Very disappointing experience with Byrne Motor Company. I feel I was sold a car with serious faults, and shortly after purchase I started experiencing multiple problems.

What is even worse is the attitude and customer service afterwards. My complaints have been repeatedly ignored, responses are delayed or completely absent, and I have had to constantly chase them for answers. The attitude has been rude and dismissive.

Selling a faulty vehicle and then ignoring the customer when serious problems arise is completely unacceptable.

I strongly do not recommend Byrne Motor Company. Based on my experience, I would advise people to stay away and think twice before buying a car from them.

Having bought my car from this dealership in feb this year, I can safely say this company comes highly recommended.
I am abit overly picky when it comes to my cars but got a good deal and after sales service from them.
Generally speaking to each their own opinion but if you’re looking for a clean car that won’t give you troubles,This company is for the win!

Purchased my car with Byrne motor company recently. From start to finish I was dealt with professionally by Shane .The car itself was in perfect condition, spotless inside. The two guys Shane and Breffini were very helpful to ensure my needs were met .Highly recommend Byrne Motor company. Thank you Shane and Breffini.

I wanted info on a car and requested a video and a trade in quote etc.I got a reply 2 days ago and haven't heard nothing since...blank!!
I sent another message and rang a few times but no response?
I don't know where these guys get all these rave reviews from on their website but it seems to me that they don't want any business and just don't care.

My daughter bought her 1st car 6 weeks ago. Initially it was a great experience great price, great service. After 3 days there was a problem- gearbox had gone. Again dealt with very promptly and car taken back to be repaired. We are now 4 and half weeks with no car. For the last 14 days we have been told next week, tomorrow, Fri. They now won't answer the phone, reply to texts. She just wants her car back - or at least a very honest reply as to when the car will be ready. Frustrating! Such a shame as we were delighted with the service up until this. Communication is non-existent.
