Great to purchase from a UK company rather than the usual sources we tend to default to. I had a need for a Figure 8 C7 mains lead for my new Xbox Series X (I ended up buying two). They had what I wanted, competitive pricing, and the mains leads were delivered two days later. Quality mains leads with British Standard plugs. Will use them again.

I needed a DVI to HDMI cable and I was very happy to see my order dispatched on the same day and arrive the next morning, less than 24 hours after placing my order. Great cables and good delivery

In spite of the current situation with Covid 19 my order was dispatched on the same day and received with 24 hours.
Great value product which was simple to install and worked perfectly. HDMI cables also very good value for money.

Bought 3 HDMI cables as they were advertised as in wall installation, 4K etc etc, supposedly top spec. Tried with tv and cable box before plastering over and all 3 were working. After plastering 1st lead didn’t work with cable box, luckily the other 2 leads did work so I put it down to maybe the lead had been damaged during plastering. Bought a blu ray player recently and none of the 3 leads worked with it. Tried a separate HDMI from tv to blu ray and it was working fine so I knew it was the leads. I’ve had to have them replaced as the leads aren’t fit for purpose. Had to chase in again, plaster, new leads, paint etc. When the leads were taken out none of them had been damaged. Not happy having to redo as it was quite expensive due to the false advertising of leads. Contacted customer service weeks ago with no reply. Would never use this company again and I recommend no one else does either.

Do not buy anything from the mobile version of their website as it does not display all the information the desktop version does. That is what I was told by a not so helpful agent.
I bought a HDMI cable with a built in booster from my phone. When it arrived it had a huge bulky part (the booster) so this was no good for me as I was routing the cable round the skirting board. When I checked the website on my phone there was no image of this but there was on the desktop version. I pointed out that I was therefore mis sold and had wasted over £20 but have had no offer of refund or any alternative.

I ordered some face masks from them I think I pressed the wrong amount this was on sunday 23/02/2020 the total was 221 pound I have tried to call them on numerous occasions and emailed them to return them and there not answering. It’s a scam DONOT use
