We booked a lodge and a caravan for a party of 11 through Wendy, she has been extremely helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly. Both caravan and lodge were lovely, clean and spacious. Will be definitely booking again in the summer. Highly recommend.

Stayed here in August at one of cambersandyshores vans oh wow what a lovely van, had all the gadgets you would have at home washing machine iron, hoover but to name a few. Central heating not that we needed it, lovely decking with a lockable gate, didn’t have any issues had nice early check in the unit was lovely and clean and smelt gorgeous. We’ve already booked for next year

Lovely caravan with lots of cosy home comforts also the van was very clean. Wendy was very helpful with any questions I had before and during the stay.

Caravan was stunning and very clean , we was so fortunate and definitely recommend booking privately, we saw so many people complaining about the state of Parkdean caravans being so dirty , I recommend booking with these. Ladies and definitely won’t be booking with Parkdean direct ,

We had a fantastic holiday in a pet friendly van with decking and totally enjoyed our seven days so did my 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 18months were even looking at booking 2weeks for 2026

We have stayed in Wendy’s van twice now. First time we went we booked 2 caravans in total (SBL1 & SBL3) and this trip we booked 4 caravans (AV1 & AV2 & SBL51 & SBL1) she made it very easy to locate the vans and helped locate us all near eachother as it was a friendship holiday. She located me and my sister nearby the entertainment as I explained to her I had a disability and was hard to walk, she also helped us get caravans right next to each other so my niece has the freedom to go back and forth, she made the booking nice and easy to understand explaining all cost and when it needed to be paid. She offered to get the entertainment passes for us and left them in our van ready for our arrival. Very quick responses whenever I have messaged her. We have already booked with her for Christmas for their winter wonderland. Overall overly satisfied with every caravan we have had from her and her communication. Thankyou Wendy. This was our 2nd year at a Camber Sandy Shores caravan. The caravan was beautiful and the service provided by Wendy was 10/10. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Another fantastic holiday! Stayed for a week in a beautiful clean and modern caravan. Customer service with Wendy was fantastic who helped with any queries or problems. This is the 4th time I booked with them and my kids have loved it every time. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Been staying at wendys static homes for a few years now always lovely places to stay very clean and well looked after and always on hand if ever need anything, cant recomend her enough

For 4 nights , I can honestly say lovely caravan and fully equipped and clean
Perfect location on park near entertainment
Caravan number M321 had lovely big decking , will definitely be rebooking
Nothing was to much trouble all questions asked , easy self checkin too

While I did not book a caravan through this company. Owner, Wendy did manage a caravan I booked through air BnB. I understand she will deny and accuse of being fake review as she has with other negative reviews, but the service we received was truly diabolical.
I was staying alone with my kids when there was a problem with the state of the caravan (owner fault) sever mould, feces on the mattress and generally filth. Not just an untidy caravan but a health hazard. Wendy took on the management but then blocked my number on day one so I couldn't contact her to sort it out. My kids got sick so took them home and Wendy declined the refund stating that mould is expected as "it's been humid".
We have all screenshots of the truly unreasonable, unprofessional and immature communication provided by Wendy. Copy and pasting the same message over and over without answering our questions.

Yes the caravan should not have been rented out and was not Wendy's caravan. Owner has apologised profusely and a mistake was made. The biggest issue is how this was dealt with. It should have been a simple "this is not acceptable, here is the refund" but instead rejected the refund and then kept passing the blame all for her financial gain. Absolutely no integrity.
