Campertravel 

It appears this company is either bankrupt or dodging refunds. None of their global phone numbers work, live chat on website is disabled. Feels like I'm not getting my money back.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

They charged me a deposit, then when I cancelled the booking they refunded me a different amount, and then blamed my bank.

No apology, no empathy, nothing. Money grabbers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Using campertravel was very helpful for us, european travelers with not much experience on the vast US RV world. All our questions were answered fast and efficient. Payment were easy and flexible with full security. The support team is very kind and pro. The reason why we don't give a fifth star is basically due to the experience with the rental company selected (El Monte). No major problems, but several small ones that bring some frustrations. Again the travel completed as planned and it was an unforgivable experience. But an objective review of rental companies by Campertravel could be a plus for the customer.

Made my wife’s life very easy when booking Great

I booked a Jucy camper van through Campertravel and when I arrived at Jucy they did not have my booking. Jucy said it was because I booked through Campertravel and not direct. Not sure if the error was with Campertravel or Jucy. But it would make me think twice before booking with an agency again. They eventually sorted out a van for me. Also, the camper van's water tank leaked so I could not use it the whole trip. Not great when you are paying US$3700. Expect to wait hours to pick up your van during busy summer months in the US. Quite a few upset people when I was there who had waited a long time - Jucy are really understaffed.

Great company. I booked a Canada trip through them and then saw loads of poor reviews. Don't be put off. Got a great deal. The RV was fab, just as described. They easily allowed a change to my booking with no quibbles/fees and great communication. Couldn't have gone more smoothly

I was a bit hesitant at first, given the stories you hear of vehicle roll overs, damage costs people incur but came to the conclusion that these people were pushing their limits. If you don't have an understanding of heights, road conditions, driving at dusk with the risk of animals being on the road etc, then stick to hiring a vehicle that suits your experience and you'll generally have a great t ime.

Our vehicle was ready on time and we were given a detailed tour of the camper.

Staff were courteous and helpfull. When you're booking your vehicle make sure you read their terms and conditions clearly and like me, you'll have no issues. Seamless and easy.

These guys know their business so ask them for advice.

Great experience. Glad we hired it! Will be doing it again for sure without hesitation.
