Ordered a windbreak on Tuesday night and it arrived on the Thursday. We had a problem with it, so phoned up and got a replacement the very next day. Fully satisfied with the windbreak. This is how service should be , no quibble just good old fashion service.

Terry sold us a Pennine countryman folding camper. He spent time with us , explained each step to erect it giving knowledgeable tips at each step.

On 21st May 2026, we ordered a Streetwize Solar Motion Sensor LED Security Light, which we paid, in full, in good faith, £12.99.

When the parcel arrived, opening, we received an OPENED Nebo pack of three individual light units, found scattered all over in the delivery box.

We have ordered these items in time for our camping trip next Tuesday 2nd June, but now, we don't think they'll be capable of sending the correct item to us in time.

We can understand they may have sent us the wrong item accidentally, but not when the pack is already ripped open, with the three units scattered all over in the delivery box, together with other items we have ordered too.

Great communication, honest description of the unit we were buying and a very fair price for the value of our trade-in. In the market for a trailer tent these are the guys to speak to - especially Terry. Not looking at a trailer tent - then definitely speak to Terry. 😀

We initially dealt with Dean , who was very helpful and informative and also suggested we talk with Terry, who was the man who knew the most. We did speak to Terry who was really very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the fold up camper, Pennine Crusader, with which, we are very happy. The store has loads of camping gear and they are really friendly and not pushy salespeople at all, rather concentrating on what we wanted and what would suit our needs , which was a nice change. Terry showed us twice how to put up the unit, explained how things worked and even helped us hitch it up to our car. Camping international, if you’re into camping is a great big sweet shop full of a great variety of products and accessories. I was impressed.

This is my second review with regards to the same purchase.
We bought a Westfield Pro windbreak last January and have lost an essential part of it, I sent an email last week asking if I could purchase the part that we had missing.
Dean replied when they had found the part that we needed, it was posted out to us with no charge !!

I accidentally let my roof lining and bed pods for my Pennine Pathfinder go to the recycling site. I was given the contact details by Graham at TVS who said to ask for Terry, thank you so much Graham. Terry answered my call, was so helpful and very knowledgeable, and offered me a good price for a new set. He got the order on the system on Saturday and a brand new set arrived on Tuesday direct from Isabella. Brilliant service all round, if I need help in the future, I know who to call.

Great customer service very helpful and knowledgeable about the items that they’ve got in store , thank you to Allasha down on the tent department and thank you also to ALBIE for the great advice with our new awning, so happy and can’t wait to use the new equipment for our motorhome, great space and fantastic price and the store has everything we need glad we took the drive to Gillingham from Herne Bay.

Dometic windbreak pro 3 at a fantastic price, arrived in lightning speed, the description on amazon is incorrect as it states Kampa so I was a bit nervous of ordering, however the up to date Dometic version arrived with the alloy frame so I was delighted. The weight suggests it is 10.7kgs which is the old steel pole version, this one weighted in at 7.4kgs out of the box.
May be worth updating selling information as I very nearly failed to buy because of it.
Anyway, a great well made item sold buy a great company at a great price with lighting speed delivery. "Perfect"

Purchased a reasonably priced 7.5kg gas bottle. Ordered one day, delivered the next. A great item that was well packaged.
