I applied to get knowledge for the VISA
I applied to get knowledge for the first steps on how to apply for the Visa. They made an assessment for me which is originally costs 49 USD on their website. However, they asked my debit card information and I made a mistake with giving my debit card information to them. They charged me 400 USD. I asked them to refund the amount and to charge just 49 USD. However, they refunded just 199 USD. Do not believe to this company, as they are scammers and they do not follow Canadian Consumer Protection Law.

After receiving the product, the assessment report, you asked to cancel.
We sent you the refund policy which explained that due to the fact that you have received the product (assessment report) According to your terms and condition you were found non eligible for a refund however, we made exception and refunded you 50%
