Service à la clientèle catastrophique. Cela fait 6 semaines que j'attends de recevoir mon produit. Je l'ai reçu rapidement la première fois mais j'ai dû procéder à un échange à cause de la taille, le guide n'étant pas bon. Mes courriels restent sans réponse et le peu de fois où j'en ai, ils me laissent ensuite sans suivi. Le traitement de ma commande est extrêmement long, ils sont inefficaces.

Terrible warrany you would think that a company that charges so much for it's product would stand behind it. I purchased the boots and I reached out to them when I realized that my dogs paws were getting wet. They told me that the boots were not water proof but water resistant. They are marketed as a winter Boot. They would do nothing,. A month later I reached out again because the straps were no longer adhering they are velcro. They said that this was normal wear and treat . I paid $60 for dog boots and they are only expected to last 2.5 months in Canada... unbelievable. If they had a zero starts that's what I would give them

I bought a pair of dog walking gloves. The touch screen layer was completely torn after wearing the gloves for 4 days. I also bought a set of 4 winter boots for my dog. One of them got a hole after 1 day of wearing. Don’t believe the hype. They never published my review on their website

While the product quality is not cheap and very accurate to what the pics had me anticipating … their size chart is completely off.
I measured my golden doodle exact and not only are the legs only 1/2 the length he needs, overall I should have ordered at least 2 sizes bigger.
Very disappointed.

My Doodle wore these about 10 times only and now they leak like a sieve, so not water resistant as they claim also the company is not vert assecible to contact they probably do not like all the reviews as most of them are really bad.

Dog boots velcro failed after 4 wears - it no longer sticks and has become fuzzy and unusable. I tried 3 different jacket styles for my dog, sent all back due to not fitting my dog and ordered the next size up/down. And even the replacement sizes don't fit. Product sizing is completely incorrect. And I'm paying a restocking fee every time. Customer service is truly terrible - for anything: returns, shipping, sizing, etc. IF you get a response, it's several days later and the answer is "we can't help". I'm not surprised they disabled Google reviews.

Fits awful, their measurements are not accurate and sizing up won't make a difference. The seam work on the inside of the boots is atrocious, please be careful you do not bend your dog's toes backwards trying to get them into the boot. On top of that, their return policy is obnoxious which includes a flat restocking fee (they call it something else to get around the legality) and requires you send multiple photographic proof that you did not damage the item. I sell online and if I treated clients like that no one would bother with me.

Do not use the sizing chart online and measure your dog. Most items are exchangeable. Minus 1 star as they need to take the breed sizing chart down.

Never again. Similar to other buyers, customer service is completely unhelpful in resolving issues. We gone well past the original shipping date estimate with no updates on timing. They blame large amount of volume but we purchased our product BEFORE the holiday rush. Shipping fees are not refundable and there is a $7 restocking fee. I made a huge mistake only trusting the websites reviews

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. A fraudulent company who deceives through false advertising. Their size chart is misleading by design. Their return and exchange policy is a farce, even when you are well within the 21 days stated on their website. You receive an automated response stating the product is not eligible for exchange or return. Whoever is behind this company should be in jail for fraud, for ripping Canadians off by pretending to be a reputable Canadian company. STAY WELL CLEAR!

Canada pooch. I ordered something 3 weeks ago and hasn’t arrived. My parcel is sitting in Canada post because they sent it the day after the strike and when they resend it with uniuni the parcel hasn’t moved since Oct 1

Still waiting for my order ordered at the beginning of September spent over £100 and had to pay £30 for delivery and it’s taken over a month and still nothing to show for the money spent 😡😡😡😡

It keeps coming off! I wasn’t able to fully try of the size fits until we took an actual walk outside. Wearing it inside it seemed fine but once my dog walked out the shoes keep falling off one after another. I can’t exchange or return since he wore it already. It’s a terrible system. Won’t order again

Everything Harness Mesh, Size Small. This Harness cost $38.00 is is poor quality. All clasps on the harness do not hold. My 8lb pup broke out of it with very little force as the clasps do not hold. I can pull them apart with zero force. I went and showed 3 stores how the harness clasps can be pulled apart. Very dangerous for any pups to wear as they can break out of them instantly and the owner is replying on them to hold their new pup safely. These should all be recalled as the clasps are just junk. I was under the impression they are all made in Canada, but now believe they are getting the harnesss from overseas and putting their name brand on their products with cheap supplies. The first time the harness pulled apart my pup ran onto the road, luckily with no cars in sight.

Cheap material. I paid $75 for my 9 month old puppy harness and she chewed right thru it. Customer service was a joke! Never again! Stay away!

i really like your website and the designer and developer really tried! but try to improve the site which will have discount and comparison setion work on that and i can help too

We just purchased a cooling station for our pup. There are no dimensions on the packaging so we were surprised at how large it is. We tried without success to fold it back up and are now completely unhappy with the purchase.
The video instruction can not be stopped and it jumps from step to step instead of being a continuous video. In other words the video is annoying and useless.
As soon as we figure out how to get this thing back in the package I’m getting my money back.

I wish I’d seen the terrible reviews before buying! This company is AWFUL. I followed their sizing tool and measuring guide exactly—and still received a raincoat that was laughably small on my corgi. It was painful for him to even try it on. Their own site showed a corgi wearing the coat and it fit them perfectly of course, so you'd think they'd know anything about their sizes for corgis. Nope.

Customer service didn’t care. No apology, no accountability. Just: pay a restocking fee and ship it back yourself. When I pushed back, they told me it was now outside the return window (even though I had already contacted them), and I’d have to pay the price difference for the next size and the shipping back. They even demanded photos and videos of me measuring my dog, basically calling me a liar.

I dealt with Ashley, their so-called "Senior Support" agent. As someone who also works as a Senior Support, I was shocked, I would NEVER be allowed to be so careless with a customer at my company. Unfortunately if their Senior Support responds this way it means that either the company gives their customer support team no power to help customers, or they are actively instructing them to NOT help customers and stick to ridiculous policies no matter what, and admit no wrong even when its clearly the companies fault. They treated me like I was the problem, not their incorrect sizing guidelines. Turns out there are many other customers with the exact experience leaving reviews, but they only promote the 5 star ones on their website.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. $60 for a poorly sized raincoat that was no better than the $20 one I got on Amazon. Never again. Avoid this company. They do not value your time, your pet, or your business.

My dog is in between two sizes based on their size chart so I am emailing the customer department for advice. They tell me to go with the smallest one. I trust them. (Expensive) jacket arrives, it seems super small but my dog in the meantime was diagnosed a cancer and had to be amputated so she can't try it on and anyway I am too stressed to worry about the jacket. She finally tried it on today and as I thought it's too small even with a missing leg! I sent a message to customer service since it was their mistake in the first place they tell me that delay is passed (not giving a flying fork about my dog's condition) and that each dog is different so not their problem (so what do they recommend to ask them for advice for?) so basically I now have on my hand a useless jacket that cost me a fortune to order (overseas). Worst experience ever.
