It was very convenient
It was very convenient, my washer quit recently and I ordered a new one from Canadian appliance source . It was delivered within a week , they hooked it up and took my old one away. I am very happy with the appliance and with the delivery experience. I would highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Canadian Appliance Source, and the entire experience was excellent.
Our salesperson, **Ishaan**, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose a washer and dryer that suited our needs without any pressure. His product knowledge and professionalism made the decision much easier.
Delivery was on time, and **Vikram** and the delivery team were friendly, courteous, and professional.

Uninformed salespeople
The salesperson did not know the purchased Bosch dishwasher required and elbow for the water supply ….this made installation more costly and excessively time consuming……I asked the question if this machine required an elbow prior to purchase and the response was all about the electrical connection saying this is all you need…speaking with the sales manager later he advised me we can’t know everything about all the machines…very dismissive.

Removal of appliance was not added when…
Removal of appliance was not added when ordered maybe online glitch. I called they rescheduled for the removal and no additional fee. This was very helpful as we were left with old appliance in the kitchen.

The delivery men were very polite
The delivery men were very polite. They had no understanding that the stove required levelin. They did not even have a level in their truck. Once I explained the lead driver did attempt to level the range.
