La veille de la livraison de nos 3 electrodomestiques, j'ai téléphone pour connaître l'heure de livraison parce que je n'avais pas encore reçu mon avis de livraison a 15h et que vous fermiez à 16h et j'ai reçu un très bon service de Abhishek Rungloll qui m'a complètement rassurée avec beaucoup de courtoisie.

I checked the search criteria on their website for a stainless steal fridge. They delivered the wrong color and refused to exchange it or take it back without a 45% restocking fee and $121x2 delivery fee. They are dishonest liars. Do not buy from them ever.

I gave a deposit and they are not reserving the appliance…. So they cannot guarantee they will have it once our newbuilt house is ready. In these case they should not take deposit!

CAS system ensures the stock will be ordered prior to the required date of customer. Hence stock is not reserved for a delivery in three months.
