J’ai acheté mes electros et tout était en stock. Lors du moment de la livraison, a ma grande surprise je reçois 4/5 de mes electros. Le 5e (lave vaisselle) etant back order. Personne ne m’a aviser. En plus, on ne me compense d’aucune facon.

I think this company is great for appliances and convenience. However, I wish the sales people would do their research and didn't just care about making a sale.
We ordered a new washer/dryer for our Montreal condo and as we reside in Toronto, I wanted to make sure the specs and everything would work as it was being replaced without us being present. When I asked the sales person, they said yes yes everything is the same. When installation day came the drain pipe was different so they were unable to install, I feel like this is something the sales person could have made sure of as I gave them the exact model of our current washer/dryer. It ended up costing us over $1,000 to get a plumber in to change the drain pipe and then the plumber ended up installing the new unit as the sales person stopped responding. CAS was nice enough to refund the installation charge but again we spent way more than we wanted to and this all could have been avoided if they looked into the installation and wasn't so eager on a sale...

Best price. Bought on Saturday and they delivered Monday. They even installed the washer / dryer.

Mon vendeur Michel m'a donné un très bon service.

Delivery process was terrible. Calls not returned by sales. Customer support could not resolve or elevate. I had to pay for additional movers and installation. To date I have still not received $100 back that I was told would be credited for white glove delivery service - which it was not!
