Excellent Product and Helpful Sales Representative
We recently purchased the Broan ventilator from Canadian Appliance Source and installed it yesterday. So far, we are very happy with it. The installation process went smoothly, and the unit started working right away.
The ventilator runs quietly and does a great job of removing moisture and odors from the room. It feels well-built and efficient, and we’ve already noticed the difference in air quality.
We also had another good experience with Canadian Appliance Source. The ordering process was simple, they sent us a message when it was ready for pickup, and we received it in good condition.
Overall, we’re very satisfied with both the product and the service from Promise, the sales representative. We would definitely recommend this ventilator and Canadian Appliance Source to others.

Expecting my delivery tomorrow
I am scheduled to receive my electric stove tomorrow Wednesday March 11 - although with the storm mentioned on the news this might change things. So I can't comment on the delivery service yet but I can comment on the customer service from Pavneet Kaur. I found this sales rep very courteous and helpful. I had trouble with my credit card because I kept entering a wrong expiry date but all was well once I corrected this. Thank you for all your help. I look forward to receiving my stove. Next I will probably have to replace my refrigerator. Guess where I will shop.

Great Service and Attention to Detail
We had looked at several places for a new dishwasher but when we looked at CAS online Raj responded right away and was very attentive to detail and provided us with answers to all of our questions. When we went to the store to look at the model we had chosen he again provided great service and information to confirm that we had made the right choice of what to buy and where to buy it from.

CAS "customer service" is completely fake. I've waited on hold for hours, only to be dropped. No one calls back if you choose a call back. The online chat will show you as number 1 in the queue for an hour or so then drop you.
I ordered over $10K of appliances from CAS, including installation of the gas range. The delivery people refused to install the range. My salesperson, Pavneet Kaur, called it a misunderstanding and said CAS doesn't install. She told me to figure out installation myself or talk to their After Delivery support (which doesn't exist). Despite adamantly claiming that CAS doesn't install, she later sent a Boxing Day email that included this gem: "Easy installs to get your new appliances up and running fast, including dishwashers, gas ranges and laundry". Total BS.

Please understand that our phone lines can be extremely busy during the day as many of our customers are contacting us about their delivery.
As per our records, we can see that your appliances were delivered on November 25th of 2024.
CAS does not offer installation for GAS Ranges. Our delivery team is not qualified to install GAS appliances.
We recommend customers to contact a third party installation company for the installation of GAS appliances.

Didn't even need to go to the store!
Loved the option to purchase online/phone with a live agent. So handy! (I did it at work while on a break!) Agent who helped me (Swati) was fantastic. I told her the few things I was looking for in a fridge & washer and she knew just ones to point me toward. She gave me her contact info if I needed further assistance. So appreciated! Price was right. Delivery was a dream. Very happy with the entire experience. Thansk!
