Customer Service and Samsung Fridge A+
CAS sales (Ravi), customer service (Paul), and the delivery teams are all amazing. I continue to be a loyal customer after more than a decade. CAS delivered a Frigidaire fridge. It had some factory issues. I engaged CAS customer service. They exchanged the fridge for a Samsung (upgrade with small and very fair price difference for me). Great job CAS ! Keep up the great work.

Awful behaviour by delivery staff on the phone
Sales staff was knowledgeable but Delivery staff on the phone were horrible - impolite, confusing and rude. Kept saying you should contact your sales rep, and that they had no idea of what was told my sales staff.

Please be advised that the mentioned part does not come with your appliance, per the installation manual - kindly refer to pages 4 and 5 of the below manual, which comes with your appliance.

I've got an 'appliance' guy if you need one!
My purchasing experience easy and fast. Antonio Barone helped me with a previous purchase and was helpful using emails. His responses were quick as I didn't have to wait for days. This last purchase was all done via email with a final call to complete the purchase. Antonio provided me with warranty options, complete pricing, including delivery and removal, that made my decision easy. I feel like Antonio is my 'appliance' guy!

Super nice staff
The sales rep Mike did a great job of letting me know which options would be best for my kitchen. He even gave me a discount which was really awesome as I'm on a budget right now. It was a bummer that when the range hood got installed the technician noticed that it was not functioning properly. I have a gas stove and now I don't feel comfortable using it until I have someone come in to assess whether or not it can be fixed, which may take up to a week just for them to give me a call.
