Thankful to have replaced my 11 year old frost free fridge that was needing to be defrosted!
Good customer service and communication. Good delivery. Good product (LG refrigerator). Only snag was they didn’t warn me they don’t connect the water if I have copper pipes. I do. Fortunately a neighbor came to my rescue.

Terrible communication and dishwasher installation
I requested a Friday appointment as it is my day off. They couldn't confirm because this is a company in Ontario booking installations in Victoria, BC. I got an email saying my appointment was on Thursday 7am-12pm. I called and asked if I could request the earlier appointments. They said they would request this. No one called me back. No one showed up on Thursday. They said it had been re-booked for Friday. I had taken the morning off. Terrible communication. I called the sales person and asked for a manager to call me about refunding the installation fee and finding a different company to do the installation. No one has called me back.

Farman Khan was terrific - when our appliance store went out of business and left us high an dry on a full set of appliances for our kitchen reno, we called CAS and Farman responded immediately and even matched the prices we had negotiated from the other appliance store. Ben the salesman in the store was great he kept in touch to inform us what was happening with delivery and removal of the gas stove. Delivery and removal were reliable too. Gas fitter who removed and put in the gas range was exceptional.
