Quick delivery and very efficient

I did order two sweet peanuts but only received one .

Just dont. My order took 4 weeks to arrive and it was WRONG!! Customer service is NON EXISTENT.
'Joshua' replies saying he is going to pass the matter onto the 'concerned' team members. Never happens.
Even if you message via the site, you get ignored and THE MATTER IS NEVER RESOLVED!!!
AVOID - 0 Stars.

Do not order from them. they have not sent my order out and it has been a month, when you contact them via email you just get a standard message saying there really busy and someone will contact you soon and still no one has contacted me, been asking for a refund for 2 weeks still no one has contacted me, this company is a joke....

Still waiting for them to be delivered a week after ordering

Paid for express delivery which was 1-2 working days 2 weeks later I still haven’t received anything.

Couldn't wait to eat them. They were supposed to last a lot longer than they did!

It was just like being 5 again!!!

Perfect sweets, exactly as shown and described. Brilliant customer service totally saved the day for a father's day delivery. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Thought bubblegum where gob stoppers so gave them away. Not what I was expecting. Others were ok

Ordered approx £50 worth of sweets for a baby shower, was due to be delivered the Monday, Tuesday the latest. Didn’t arrive until a whole week later, i’ve been emailing them throughout the process and post, responses were slow / non-existent. They refused to give me a refund despite the sweets arriving so late and unopened!

Ordered on 2nd June for wedding on 13th June which was plenty of time according to delivery timescales. Dispatched 3rd June, hasn't moved since. Have contacted the company via email 6 times, every time I receive a response with the tracking information which I already am aware of and have referenced in each email and a note saying to contact them if no change in 48 hours. I have requested a refund and cancellation of order multiple times which has been ignored on every occasion.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I never received my order, and more than three weeks later the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have repeatedly chased the company for updates, but each time I receive the same generic response saying they have contacted the warehouse.
Despite having over 3 weeks to investigate and resolve the problem, there has been no meaningful communication, no clear explanation, and no solution offered. The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid for an order that never arrived.
I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience!
