Took a little over 3 weeks to get my canvases but when they arrived they were in perfect condition and my order was entirely correct. I was a little hesitant to order from them with some reviews I’ve seen but honestly take it from me if you’re looking for some wall art and willing to wait a little for it to come in I’d definitely recommend them. Even if there’s a problem they communicate very well and do everything they can to make it right.

The order came in as predicted, the art was decently printed. Was small but clear. They are expensive compared to other companies that have larger prints for the same price

I made a purchase and they didn't send the product, didn't respond to the email, didn't refund the money and didn't answer the phone. order 180478

Work for this company as an artist didn't pay me properly. Missing payments they ignore.

Bought a painting for my wife as a Christmas gift from Canvas Freaks. The purchase was made a couple of months prior to the holidays and I didn't open the box to check the quality of the paintings. When my wife opened them, the paintings looked very cheap with very little detail. I was actually embarrassed that I gave this as her main gift. I reached out to Canvas Freaks by email and told them that I was unhappy with the pictures and that I wanted to return them. They said that it was past the 30 day return window and I could not return them. They would not make an exception even after I explained that this was a gift. They offered an exchange which I agreed to in email. This is where the story goes downhill. I have emailed and called them numerous times to exchange the paintings and they do not respond or call back. This is the worst customer service that I have had in a long time. Beware!!! If you do business with them be prepared to not get a response if you have an issue.
Also, not sure why they don't have reviews on Google, hope this one shows up!!!

Our very expensive neon sign arrived broken. We contacted them; they requested picture and video proof, which we immediately provided. Canvas Freaks then stopped responding to emails. Several days later, I started leaving comments on their Facebook page about our experience, and suddenly they are able to send emails again. They promised a return label within 24 hours. I asked for a replacement sign, and they again stopped replying to emails. The return label never arrived. At that point, my husband who is handy performed repairs on the sign (soldering, etc) to get it functioning again since it became apparent this company was not going to do any descent approximation of even the worst customer service. The sign looks okay after repairs; for the price we paid, it should be immaculate. This company also says everywhere they can that they are a US company based out of Florida. This sign shipped from Mumbai. It *might* have arrived without being broken if it wasn't traveling all over Southeast Asia and Europe in the vacation of my dreams before ever hitting the continent this company brags about being based out of.

Terrible company!! Can not believe they sent me this picture! Will not answer the phone! Don’t use them!!! Be aware!! The first picture I ordered was ok. The 2nd picture was horrible!! This company has a F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a mega XL print for my bedroom (the largest size they have). I absolutely cannot believe that they sent out the print that they did. It looks HORRIBLE. I can see pixelation and aliasing from OVER 10 FEET AWAY. Avoid.

Slothy and snake-like behavior from the employees there to try and charge us more than needed. That was just beginning, this company basically stole our money and didn't send us anything. Highly advise everyone to avoid this company.

Love this company! Got a custom photo canvas as an anniversary present for my wife and she loved it. It came out 10X better than expected so that was great.

The prices are reasonable and you pay for what you get. Amazing customer service and amazing shipping times. Overall experience was great and I recommend everyone use canvas freaks to shop home decor.

This is one of the greatest companies I have ever dealt with! I placed an order. They made it and shipped it in record time during this covid. When I got it and opened it I then realized there was a mistake with one of the dates. I emailed them to find out if it was mine or their mistake. Sadly it was mine. I thought I was going to have to try to fix it in hopes of not messing it up but to my surprise canvas freaks emailed me and said that they would make me a new one and send it right out! I’m currently waiting for the second one to arrive but I just wanted to give you guys a shout out!! I’ve been telling all my friends and someone actually ordered 3 different canvases!! Thank you for the great quality and the amazing service!! I could not be more thankful!!
