Absolutely outstanding company vorty is amazing so helpful even if you get any issues with the car you buy always ready to sort things out .. Tony the fitter is also outstanding service is tops I wouldn’t go any where release we have bought several cars from them and every time nothing is to much trouble for them well done all .. what a great team .. highly reccomend .. regards carol x

I dealt with Tom and he was absolutely terrible from the second I rung him back to complain about issues with the car, pushed me to after sales where I had the privilege of dealing tony constantly ignored phone calls taking days for me or even the finance company to get through.
Car constantly kept displaying tyre light, flashing oil light and overheating stereo and touchscreen system restricting your access, they finally agree to fix the car after lying to me and saying I had to give them the chance to fix the car while still being within my 30 days consumer rights, while fixing my car they kindly gave me courtesy car full of mold, cigarette burns, ash and wet dog smell aswell as having a bad clutch, untaxed (didn't notice until arrived home) and I had to pay the insurance myself.
1 week later I pick my car being told they did a lot of work to the car and ran it through my warranty even tho it should have been at their costs, I then proceed to test drive the car in the area and managed to get 45 minutes away when the problems re arrived, flashing oil light telling me to immediately pull over. Ended up having to stay in a hotel for the night and they picked the car up the next day via tow truck.

Tom got high rate several times and acted very unprofessional.
Tony smokes cigarettes in the office while your standing there with your baby and lies about completed works.

Completely over the moon with canvey carriage co. What a team! Tom went above and beyond to get me into my car he spent hours trying to sort my neg equ out and managed to do it! Car is absolutely beautiful although one issue that I was made aware of and waiting for a part. Tom you are an absolute credit to canvey carriage thank you so much!

I purchased a 2nd hand car from Canvey Carriage Company in November 2025. I’ve deliberately delayed posting a review to ensure the car was fine. The Staff were so helpful, no pressure, no flannel just good honest advice. The car came with a 3 month warranty and after two months developed a fault, they welcomed me back, fixed the issue without quibble and returned the car good as new. The Salesman was Vorty Kowalczyk who I cannot recommend highly enough.
