No hat, no response.

Just echoing many of the same reviews. Placed an order, checked in after a month, and they actually responded that the design had been digitized and would ship the next week. That was six weeks ago. All calls and emails since have been ignored. I had previously ordered from them, and while it had taken longer than expected, and they gave a few excuses, I did get my hat and was happy with it. This time I figured I wasn't in a rush, but I certainly regret trusting them again.

I placed an order with CapBeast over 7…

I placed an order with CapBeast over 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. I was never provided with a tracking number, and despite multiple attempts to contact them—via phone, email, and messages—there has been no response. Their complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable.
I will be reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, this business appears to operate fraudulently. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from CapBeast.

Paid 2 months ago...still no hats

I order 4 custom hats in July. I still haven't received the hats. The company was pretty responsive at first, but they have failed to reply to any of my emails or requests for status since the beginning of September. I assume my $135 is gone. Very disappointing!

I ordered a hat and was very specific…

I ordered a hat and was very specific on what brand and style. They sent a completely different style. The worst part is that customer service has completely ignored me for months! The keep telling me they are working on a solution but nothing has happened. They offered a discount on future orders but have never received any more information.

Willing to Take on a Challenge

They were the only company out of all the ones I looked at willing to try embroidery for a gradient. They took it head on, and succeeded! I'm very happy with my product: it exceeded expectations.

Probably my 4th or 5th order...and still very satisfied, impressed with quality and support

This was probably my 4th or 5th separate hat order with CapBeast; I am a repeat customer, satisfied with their selection of hats and am always impressed by the quality of their embroidery. We ran into a small snag with this last order. The graphic I uploaded looked exactly how I hoped the hat would look, but unfortunately the writing was too close together and each letter bled into the next letter a bit, making the hat incredibly difficult to read. I reached out to Support to get their feedback; received a reply back within the hour, if I recall correctly, and they took it upon themselves to redesign my logo, spacing out the letters a bit more, sent me a photo of their prototype hat, and it looked great so I approved it and we were on our way. Sure, there was a bit of a blunder with this order (no one's fault, just the actual product looked different than the image I uploaded, but that certainly isn't uncommon), but CapBeast owned it from start to finish and have retained me as a very satisfied, repeat customer. I'll be back as soon as I'm ready for my next order!

I got my Beanie delivered to me with amazing quality. One of the colors was off, and I reported it and got an immediate response notifying me that this would be taken care of. The Beanie and Embroidery Quality is excellent with Instant Customer support. I recommend everyone use cap beast and their services!!

Great hat. Be patient but be diligent. It takes time...

So, at first I thought I was being scammed as a few weeks went by with no hat and no communication. I filed a complaint with Paypal and immediately received a call from Cap Beast. They also immediately emailed me a picture of my hat ready to ship. I had jumped the gun a couple of days too early. The hat arrived and is awesome. Perfect stitching. High quality. I am very happy. So if you do order from them. Be diligent, but be patient. The end result is worth it...

They won't accept the credit card but then email saying there was something wrong with the system and ask you to use PayPal.

CapBeast is a scam

CapBeast will take your money and not deliver. Capbeast will cancel your order and keep your money even with a charge back request from the bank after months of waiting. Their phones go to no where except a recording that goes on and on for 5 hours telling you to standby for a customer representative .

Appears to be a scam. Money taken, "customer service" line is just an answering machine, and automated email response says that responses may delayed due to the "current covid-19 crisis".

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER - CAPBEAST IS A SCAM!!!

Like many others I placed an order Apr 13th 2024 and it is now July 25th 2024 got ghosted then they finally respond saying that due to "Management Transition" that they canceled all orders and if I would like a refund to contact my bank directly for the refund...

They took my money and think the bank should issue the refund. Absolute trash company.
