Great product, swift delivery.

Good quality products great prices with swift delivery

I should have read the reviews before ordering from these con artists. Usual story, made an order 21st of April (good price grade b open box stuff) , 6 days later they realised they haven't got stock. Offered one at the full price. Thanks if I wanted to pay the full price I would have. Now I'm waiting for the refund. Will not be using these 🤡 again.

Terrible. Ordered a new radio only to find it wasn't in stock. Refund process took forever. Then ordered one which showed had 4 in stock, only to be told they didn't have any. Had to wait an eternity again for another refund. I would seriously consider your choices giving your money to these cowboys

Item not as described. Returns refund process painful. Took ages to get money back. Will not be using them again.

Good product, delivered in the expected time and at a keen price. No problems with CAC as a company

Site said the product was in stock
When it wasn’t delivered I called and was told it shouldn’t have shown as in stock as it had been discontinued and therefore they couldn’t supply the unit I wanted

I am still waiting for my refund so right now I’m £809.99 out of pocket

Will never use again and will keep trying to get my refund

I had a wonderful experience as usual with car audio received my dash cam on time. And have also sent a couple of emails to for answers. And had my reply back within no time. Very good company to deal with.

Dishonest company, dont trust them, or their stock levels!

You will be waiting for an item that will never arrive, ordered twice from this joke of a company and both times the item has an issue but they still continue to show the product online and ready to buy!

Avoid like the plague!!

Received head unit, does not work, have returned in the last couple of days. No returns note provided so i have had to pay return postage, hopefully will get replaced without any problem and get postage costs back.

Will up date in next few days.

UPDATE.
They have sent be a brand new replacement unit no quibbles

Ordered an item on the 16th of February, 5 in stock on website, waited the 5 days for delivery but nothing came. Phoned and was told the item was out of stock, despite the website still showing 5.
28th of February they finally come back and say they’ve shipped the item but again nothing arrives, when I phone I am told by a rude customer service person “Royal mail lost it in the post.”

Ordered the Alpine X903D-G7R head unit back in December under the assumption stock was available.

I had been contacted via email to give Car Audio Centre a call the next working day to discuss my order. I called and it was explained the item was currently on backorder and there unfortunately wasn't an expected date of arrival and was asked if I wanted to keep my order.

Understandable being a newly released model (I believe) and was more than happy to keep my order.

I kept checking the site every so often and noticed the anticipated date has been updated to 20th January. I contacted via email that afternoon just to see if the stock had arrived and was updated by Phoebe that it unfortunately had again been delayed again with no anticipated date however I was ensured that I would be kept up to date.

Over the course of the next month I was sent numerous updates including the exact cause of the delay (the plastic facia piece coming from Australia). Which was no problem, I work dealing with products manufactured overseas and it is surprising how many things need to run 100% smoothly and given the last 2 years we've all had it's understandable if they don't.

The head unit arrived on the 28th Feb no issue other than the delays but was kept up to date along the way and the company was a pleasure to deal with.

Delays happen but the way it was dealt with was swift and honest so couldn't ask for more.

Order placed a month ago with no correspondence from seller. Waited a week for delivery then phoned customer service to be told it was out of stock and will be sent in next 4 weeks. Still nothing arrived after that so phone again to be told that it won't be back in stock for another month. Get a grip lads

Wanted to buy an Alpine X903D, and found this retailer form a Google search.
The website said out of stock, but with a delivery expected on the 28th of Feb, so I ordered the item about a week to wait.
The unit arrived with me on the 28th, so I was very happy.

The model numbering on the inner and outer packaging didn't match, so the following day I e-mailed Car Audio Centre to query the anomaly (I also asked Alpine Customer Service), and within 45 minutes I had an answer from both parties, so they take aftersales service seriously too.

If I need anything for car audio/security again, I'll be trying these guys first, and I'll certainly recommend them for their great service.

I had a problem getting the reversing camera to work.The after sales service was exceptional and my problem was solved in minutes.

Disappointing....
Waiting 5 days until call them. Out of stock... check the website still write one left... No sorry nothing...

I was advised that the order had been dispatched but did not receive tracking details. 5 days later I called customer services as I had heard nothing. Was told the item was out of stock. Had to get a refund. Disappointing.
