Anytime I walk into the shop, I am always greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. They always help me with any query I have, and always give me the right products to match what I have, never has no issues with them just great service and quality assurance. Always go to them to get my stuff and can always rely on them to gain the right information.

I had my airlift and rotiform blq fitted by caraudiosecurity on my mk6 golf. From start to end I recieved excellent customer service from the guys especially parm and Amar. I don't have much knowledge on airlift but they answered all my questions and concerns I had and made the whole Journey simple and easy. I was very pleased with the results on my car. Best in the business at what they do .. Will highly recommend.

Took my car last year to get air ride done and few other bits. The guys there totally looked after me beginning to end. The work is they do is above and beyond. Couldn't of been any happier with the work they done and I recommend anyone to use them as the prices are good and work is top notch.

Been a few times for my cars sound system as well as new tyres and alloys which were fitted to the highest quality .They provided excellent customer service they have great product knowledge and are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend these guys!

I have used Car Audio Security for all my cars to date! The only place to for advice and the best products on the market! Purav and pretty much all the guys there are extremely helpful and all come with various expertise. If one person doesn't know about your particular vehicle you are guaranteed that there will be someone else at Car Audio that can help. I have a new project coming up and will definitely be using there expertise again!

Car audio is the best company out there for mods they will do anything to help u out even get u stuff they don't usually sell great customer service and always glad to help and advise it's the place I go when I need something!

Placed an order and asked if they could send the item as soon as possible, they didn't bother sending it that day, they sent it at the close of the next day, its now 3 days late and item is still yet to arrive. No communication or response to my emails. I suspect they disregard smaller orders to focus on high spending customers.
Stay well away from.

Very helpful presales service on advising which leads I would need for my car, and when one turned out to be the wrong one, a replacement was quickly organised and despatched. Very fast delivery, great prices. Thank you!

I recently came to caraudio to buy a sound system for my dad's car. I don't know much about cars and I was struggling to find the best system through various online sites due to the vast range of specs.

A friend recommended me caraudio, and I picked up the perfect pioneer system... Great value for money and simple to use which us perfect as my dad is not the most tech savvy person.

The staff at Car Audio Security went over and beyond to help me chose a stereo for my car they also booked my car in for fitting and helped me connect my phone etc.. They made sure i went away from the shop understanding the product. I will definitely go back!!!!

Jeg købte et komplet anlæg for ca 6000 kr hos dem. Det tog 9 dage om at sende fordi at de engelske banker ikke ville tag imod pengene men det havde de bare ikke snakket om før jeg skrev til spurgte om hvornår de sendte det? Da jeg så har fået pakken nu i dag (06-06-2012) mangler der en masse ting som de ikke har sendt med? Kasserne de blev sendt i ser ikke skadet ud så tingen kan ikke være faldt ud? Jeg skrev til dem med det samme (ca kl. 12.30) og de har stadig ikke svaret?

Don't buy from this company. altough they menstioned 7 days return policy, they dont give you full refund. Only credit note which you can buy from that shop only. They advised me on subwoofer and box but the box is not correct specifiction. Now i want to return the subwoofer with original packing and box just after 2 days and they refused. I wonder how much money they paid to get Car retailer of year award.

Meget fin hjemmeside, dog lidt uoverskuelig! Men servicen er tilgengæld i top. Svarer på e-mails forholdsvis hurtigt! Bestilte tirsdag aften, blev sendt onsdag og modtog fredag kl. 10:00. Klart en hjemmeside jeg vil prøve igen!

jeg bestilte en Sony Radio på Caraudiosecurity.com til en meget god pris faktisk over 1000kr. billiger end fra de danske hjemmesider, men det viste sig så at de træk 250kr. mere end der var oplyst på siden. men jeg undrede mig også at de skulle have gratis fragt. så jeg regner med det er det som er blevet trukket, selvom der stod det kostede 0 £ ???
