All round great policy
Short wait on the phone, very helpful staff. My renewal price was lower than last year and having just phoned to change the policy to a newer more expensive Motorhome the price was very reasonable and still considerably less than other quotes.

Caravan Guard made insuring my Camper van so easy.
They were very Professional, polite and gave me all the information I needed to decide to go with them.
They offer so much more than other company's in my opinion.

I had a great interaction with Lucy who was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I had a minimal knowledge around NCB and my situation was not straightforward but Lucy dealt with it admirably and it resulted in me taken on the insurance for my new caravan. Excellent service
The woman I spoke with on the phone was excellent, sincere and friendly, down to Earth! (Forgive me, I’ve forgotten her name!) She went through all the options and what was covered, gave a very competitive quote which I agreed to. Since then , caravan guard have improved some of the insurance benefits without asking for more money! So far so good!
