Caravan Guard Staff Very Helpful...
The staff at Caravan Guard were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to setup my first ever caravan insurance. A minor error was also quickly rectified. Overall a great experience!

Renewed our policy with Caravan Guard after shopping around - best cover and great price. The service and help we had from Tom was phenomenal and although they couldn’t quite match a competitive offer we stayed as the customer care offered was amazing. Highly recommended.

Not so good now I have to make a claim
Not so good now I have to make a claim. I took out personal possessions cover as an extra only to find out when claim was required it doesn't actually cover you for most of your personal possessions! Don't waste your money on this extra. In addition, have had claim in for over one month and I still haven't received my payment. Their claim company for this is Intact Insurance. Not replying to emails either...

We’re very sorry you're unhappy with your claims experience.
Extra cover for personal possessions is not an optional extra on our motorhome policy as we already provide cover up to £5,000 equipment and personal possessions cover. However, this does not cover high risk items like laptops, tablet computers and photographic equipment.
We have asked our underwriters Intact to contact you as soon as possible to progress your claim. We’re sorry for the delays you’ve experienced.

We received a free 14 day policy with Caravan Guard after delivery of our new MH. Great customer service with follow-up phone calls from courteous and professional staff. We now have an annual policy with Caravan Guard. Very comprehensive coverage at a very good price. Highly recommended.
