Bought an item from them and requesting an RA and return label and never received it. Emailed 3 times and have called 4 times and nothing!!! Worse customer service ever!!! Don’t buy from this company

I returned leggings in June. I gave package to post office the same way I always return my packages back to Carbon38 and I have not received a credit. No response from emails sent to customer service!

No customer contact. Returned a package over a month ago and there has been no communication about a refund. Next step is to dispute with my credit card company.

I can't get hold of the customer service at all, sent 3 emails to request the return shipping label and no reply.
Tried to call the 18885050897 and no one answer either.
I don't know what kind of company this is but I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

No customer service. My package did NOT arrive and yet they charged my card. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and when you do the customer service girl cannot be bothered to help you. I will think twice before ever ordering from this company again. So disappointing. They aren’t even willing to track my package and offered no resolution. Stick with lululemon, their customer service is 2nd to none

I was informed by email that my refund…
I was informed by email that my refund has been processed, however it HASN’T. I have tried to contact someone and no one will answer the phone. Please get back to me before I get my lawyer involved.

Impossible to contact carbon38
Carbon38 has not responded to emails and does not answer their phone, so I am finding no way to return a gift item to them. I had planned to try to exchange but now don't want to risk that. There seems to be no customer service at all.

I received my order and the order is… not as described
I received my order and the order is wrong, the leggings I purhased are midnight black and the ones I received are blue. I've requested a return and refund and I have not received a response. Ive reached out to the phone number, which no one is currently working and no one is responding to my email.

I ordered a few items that did not fit
I ordered a few items that did not fit, was provided return labels, returned them, received a message that my return was received on 7/13/2020 & it “typically takes 2-3 business days to receive refund”. After waiting over 2 weeks I have emailed twice, called & Facebook messaged for an update with no response from customer service. If business is still open for sales, customer service & returns should be too.

Serious Data Security Issue!
Recently my wife was trying to purchase a top on Carbon38, and the checkout didn’t work quite well, so she asked me to help her out.
I am a Software engineer myself, so I’ve started to investigate what’s wrong...
It turned out that during the checkout, a browser is sending my credit card number and other payment information directly to Carbon38 without even encrypting it!!! This is a significant security issue (Carbon38 is not PCI DSS compliant to store customer payment data). Also, it seems that they don’t even try to fix it (I was checking for the last two weeks before writing this review).
I wouldn’t recommend using credit cards at Carbon38.com to anyone worried about their credit card and data security!

Very disappointed with this online shop.
1) They sent me orders 1 week after the order was done,
2) They don't return you money back but put them in their store credit!!! When I asked them, what can I do if I don't need anything anymore from Carbon38, their answer was "I am sorry. In this case you can just leave your money in our store!"

Return Shipping Label
Much like many of the other recent reviews on here, I recently made a purchase that I am looking to return. I went through the standard process of requesting the prepaid shipping label over a week ago, it said that I should have received the label via email within 48 hours, I have still not received anything. I have sent to emails, neither have been responded to and when I call the customer service number no one ever answers and it goes to an automated message that says they can not take your call at this time and it disconnects.
Customer Service is basically non existent, I have made many purchases with Carbon38 in the past but never had to return anything, this is really disappointing.

Fraudulent charges on my CCard.
There were 2 fraudulent charges on my ccard, I contacted you and acknowledged and one of them got refunded. (Only one of the charges, not BOTH) I ALSO requested return postage labels to return product sent to my old vacant apt. (ex landlord notified me of this)....I have tried calling the number morning and afternoon...NEVER can get thru, always says "sorry, can't answer your call at this time" and disconnects!! I just want my $ back and I DON'T want these packages...I would THINK you would want your product back. I last emailed with a Laura with zendesk.com PLEASE contact me as I cannot afford to have this enormous charge on my credit card!!!

Bought two leggings
Bought two leggings. One was great.. the other not so much. Been trying to return the one for more than a week. Several e mails and calls. I got through to someone but she said she would email a shipping label and it never happened! This return process has been more than 2 weeks. Beware... hard to return stuff.
