Horrible atrocious customer service

Horrible atrocious customer service! I ordered my daughter's 30th birthday gift and they sent the wrong order!!! I sent an email and they sent me an email back that they are too busy and will contact me when they free up. My God it has been a month so far. If I do not get this resolved soon, I will give my bank all the correspondence I have sent with Carbon38's message and have those charges reversed. The order went to Annie Naghavi. Purchaser is her mom Beverly Sinbelian.

Major disappointment... Feeling better now!

I really want to support this website and continue purchasing, but after my last purchase, I can not. Purchased an expensive Alo jacket that arrived with a zipper that would not close. Called customer service because I wasn’t sure what to do since the item had sold out. I basically just wanted the jacket exchanged. Instead of instructing me on how to exchange the item, they insisted I send multiple pictures to prove my story. I ended up just taking the jacket to a seamstress and paid the $40 to have it fixed. I emailed customer service to give them the update and never received a reply. I could have just purchased this jacket through Nordstrom or Alo and had it handled correctly. Next time, I will!!

Quick update: Received an email from customer service and situation was quickly rectified. Thank you Carbon 38 for following through.

I have ordered from Carbon38 a pair of…

I have ordered from Carbon38 a pair of white cute Nike shoes. The size was tts. The delivery process took almost no time so I could enjoy my order right away.
Soon I will be ordering the trench coat since it cought my eye when looking for a pair of white sport shoes.

Size Medium not all fit the same

I purchased the Ona catsuit and the Carbon 38 crossback Black catsuit in size Medium. The Ona fit was perfect and very flattering. The carbon black cross back was too big (waist too long) and crotch too low and had a peculiar
unpleasant smell. Carbon would not accept a return and does not allow exchanges on sale items.
I wrote a complaint as these were both size mediums. They are allowing a return for STORE CREDIT only.
Is this great customer service?????? I think NOT.

Who it may concern, i really got dissapointment of poor customer service which i can not tell the same about carbon 38 product very quality things but the service of customer support wishes to be better what happened was a was in a hurry to buy my things from carbon 38 because it was a final sale i got the item i wanted it was the last one in stock i forgot to add free carbon 38 gym bag and i already realized that i submitted the order it was too late but i decided to call to customer care and tell them to add to my order i thought they could be helpful with their system but the girl took my call kind of in the hurry and the girl promised me to send beg together with my order that i submitted or she said maybe i will send separately but i promise i will send any ether way that what she said ...... I am still waiting for this gift, don't give promises which you can not keep that is it!!! Thank you

Returns are difficult!

The sports bra did not fit and I need to return which is too difficult of a process requiring 3 steps and me going to 2 different places to make the return. Will not be ordering from Carbon38 again!

Super easy to order

Super easy to order, my package came even sooner than projected which was awesome. Not going to need it but the return packaging looked super easy to package up if needed which is helpful. I wish they didn't run out of size 8.5/9 shoes so quickly! There were at least 4 pairs I was considering until I saw my size was sold out, guess you can't blame them for having amazing offerings though:)
