BEWARE - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL
After 2 years of membership, I noticed a decline in the quality of care and increase in additional fees and pressure for additional services. I wanted to cancel my membership after a technician cut my gums during a routine xray and scan, but Wally hides behind AI bots - and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being. Excellent care at Wally
I had a great experience at Wally Dental. I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. The office is equipped with modern technology, and everything felt very up-to-date and efficient. Both the doctor and the hygienist were very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and comfortable visit. Highly recommend!

this was the best dental experience I had as far as booking appointment being able to experience the newest technology on dental care having a hygienist that was very gentle very anal and clear on steps that were needed. I was even running a little late in Williamsburg location, still saw me as scheduled. I have nothing to say but great things about this location their team and their work great job.
