We visited the Catcliffe branch in Sheffield and I have to say they were great on all 3 visits. On our third visit we were handed to Billy who was very patient and very knowledgeable on the cars we were looking at and I really can’t fault his approach to sales at all. Then we were handed to Laura for the payment and finally Bridey who finalised the sale and handed us our new car on the same day. Billy also called us a couple of days later to see how we were getting on and could answer a few brief questions. In conclusion-sales, finance and after care top marks. We’ll definitely be recommending. Well done team! X

I visited the Leighton Buzzard branch of Car Shop to collect a car that had been brought down from a showroom for me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Maahi who was patient with my questions and explaining the process, professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I must say that the whole experience from the initial enquiry to the buying the car was very good service. Even after buying the car, Maahi called me up to see if everything was ok and provided further advice on some questions I has. A great experience from start to finish

Terrible service from the rude/obnoxious staff who fail to answer emails or calls!!

We bought some adult bibs from Complete Care Shop,which we are pleased with,however the packaging the come in states they can be Tumble Dried but the garment states not to Tumble Dry. I E-mailed them twice about the discrepancy,but they did not bother to reply!!!
