The items scored a 5 out of 10 on our quality score, further highlighting their condition. I can also see that no queries with regards to the parts’ condition were made ahead of the auction.

Whilst we were unable to offer a refund for the parts, the team worked closely with the seller to find you a positive solution. We understand that you were put in touch by the seller with a third party who is interested in the parts but has yet to have any correspondence from you.
At Carhuna we understand the importance of transparency and clarity in an auction environment, and therefore we work with sellers to make sure that all cars, parts and automobilia listings are accurately described and in this case the photos show that there is damage to the item.
