This was my first time using a leasing company, having always taken my cars on PCP. After a lengthy search, I contacted Car Leasing Online. I already knew the car I wanted but was particular about the exact specification. I spoke with Glen, who was extremely patient, and together we eventually landed on the perfect car and spec. His professionalism was outstanding, and the whole process felt genuinely enjoyable. Where many companies fall short is after‑care, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. My delivery was handled by Lorraine, who was brilliant throughout, transparent, proactive, and consistently on the ball. When the car arrived unclean, I contacted her straight away, and she resolved the issue immediately and without any fuss. I will absolutely be returning to Car Leasing Online when my contract ends, and I hope both Glen and Lorraine are still there.

I viewed a vehicle online late Friday nite and Chris reached out to me on the weekend regarding my enquiry. After I decided it wasn’t for me due to not knowing the colour. Chris searched around for other colours and spec options list of available to me. It was clear that Chris was very keen and I knew that his perseverance will find me my next car. Me being a tad fussy as to what I like and need wasn’t making Chris’s job easy in anyway. It was just a matter of 3-5 days that we found the perfect car for me. Amazing value for money for what car value I will be acquiring. Wow!

My whole experience to now has been simply outstanding. Passed the finance checks, signed on the dotted line and was informed that Lorraine will now be keeping me aware and assisting me from this point until car delivery has taken place.

Lorraine reached out to me the very next day via email and we kind of started to get the ball rolling. Now over the past few weeks my car arrived in the Country and I had to give a delivery date suitable to me once the car was ready. My whole ordeal from picking a car, passing finance checks, ordering the car, to home delivery has been smooth and very affective. Lorraine kept me informed, even on the day to make sure I received the car and did I have any concerns. Lorraine always responds within a timely manner and has a great sense of humour too. Lorraine your a great asset to Car Leasing Online, I can’t thank you and enough for your efforts and in assisting me with every question and query that I had thrown at you both. Amazing service, great value, made it nice and easy, with little drama and spice. I’m a happy customer and I hope I can pass some future business your way through friends and family. Once my lease is up, I will certainly look at reaching out to guys for my next set of wheels.
