I recently used Carparison for a lease vehicle. It arrived when they said. Worked fine for about 60 miles and the dashboard basically lit up telling me to stop driving.
The short story. It happened on a Friday night. Called Carparison on the Saturday morning and Simon dealt with me. Kept me informed and sorted me out with a temporary hire for a few days while a replacement car was arranged (by some one else). The car that they supplied was rejected although not their fault. More of a manufacture issue. The car was dropped off at MG and they’re dealing with the rest.
If I were in need of another car and the price was right, I’d use them again. Although not an MG4. MG customer service is atrocious. That’s in another review.

Very frustrating experience, delays in providing simple information such as the actual interior colour of the car, led to us missing out on the car we wanted.

Customer service provided by Chris and Anthony was exceptional. They both went out of their way to help and advise. The ordering process and communication was seamless. I have used several leasing companies over the years, carparison are most definitely the best. Thank you!

Everyone that I spoke to at Carparison couldn't have been more helpful. Any questions I asked were never too much trouble, and I was always responded to in a timely manor. Cannot fault their customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to lease a car.

A seamless experience with attentive help and assistance along the way

Just taken delivery of my Tesla, arranged by the team at Carparison. The initial sales rep, Cian was friendly and helpful, giving all the details about the vehicle and the general leasing process. Lauren took over from Cian once the initial quote was agreed, and she was the real star of the show. She led me through the entire process, start to finish, answering the very many questions I had along the way.

Spoke to Will Evans who mentioned there was limited stock on the vehicle i was interested in- but told me if i applied now we'd have a good shot at getting it.

I applied for it went through all the hassle of filling out forms and uploading identification, to only be told that he'd accidentally put down the wrong order number and the all the cars got taken within the next few days of trying to amend the mistake.

Was a nightmare- then they had the audacity to get in touch again and offer me another car after messing me around.

Excellent from beginning to end. I can't praise them enough! Claire, Courtney, and Andy are always very helpful and always answer any questions we may have. Even on the rare occasion when anything does not quite go to plan it's always sorted straight away!

First experience with a leasing company and will always be going to them first for our cars.
We had Sam as our account manager and he went above and beyond sorting out the deal for us after we had issues part exchanging our current car elsewhere, Sam was straight on it getting us a great offer on our current car so we could go ahead with the new car.

Easy application and regular correspondence.

Due to personal stress at the time of my dealing with carparison I jumped the gun and gave a poor review but I actually couldn’t have been more wrong. I didn’t get a call back in a couple of days and got a little paranoid that I was going to lose my money but this wasn’t the case they were with me every step of the way I just didn’t check the (Junk) folder in my emails. Every member of staff I spoke to was in fact some of the best representatives Ive ever dealt with and even to be his day keep in touch with me over my car and I’m amazed by the attention to detail with remembering conversations we had over 4 months ago and small details about my life that really made me feel like they care for there customers. Anyway on the whole they are superb and I would recommend every day of the week to use this service.

Overall very happy with my experience of Carparison who had one of the best deals on the market for what I was looking for (Mercedes A Class). Whole process was very smooth and delivery was prompt. I have only had the car 2 months so I cannot speak for what the company is like at the end of a contract, but I don’t expect any issues. Thanks to Charlotte for sorting everything

Louise has been fantastic to sort everything out on my new Mercedes A Class. There was a minor issue on delivery, but it has been sorted out straight away. The customer service has been fantastic & I wouldn't hesitate to use Carparison Leasing again. Thanks Louise, you're a credit to the company.

Ordered a 2021 Seat Leon through Carparison, nothing but a great experience from start to finish.

Yasmin who I had initial contact with was swift in getting the finance sorted and vehicle ordered.

Katie, who is part of the admin team was quick in getting all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and arranging delivery with the dealership.

All in all from initial contact to delivery everything done under 12 days. Fantastic Service, Highly Recommend!

Ordered my Tesla and was due 1000 SuperCharger Miles.

Sadly, Joshua forgot to add them and so emailed to say that 3 x 1000 miles would be added from other orders.

Then was told that the orders were cancelled and despite me chasing I never got the miles added.

A decent deal and priceand service was 'ok' but once the deal went through, the Customer Service dropped away quite a lot.

Don't use them... Told me they could get me what I wanted and sent over the quote. Once all the paperwork was filled in and sent back at the last moment they said. Oh we are sorry there has been a price increase. Nearly 10% more 🤣 will be making sure and telling people I know not to trust them

Great experience with Carparison from start to finish.

James found me the exact car that I wanted at a great price and both Katies always kept me up to date throughout the rest of the process. The car was then delivered by someone from the Mercedes dealership.

I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks but from me first contacting James about the car to it being delivered, the whole process actually took less than two weeks.
