ordered a replacement number plate for my bike 21st June 2024, paid £43.48, then an email came back confirming my order, however, that's when the horror starts..!! 15 days later, no number plate, no response to my 3 emails, there online chatline will not accept my order number, THIS IS A BOGUS SITE, A COMPLETE 100% SCAM, therefore place you order at you own risk, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

AWFUL to deal with. Plates arrived quickly but were spaced incorrectly. Even after photo of V5C never had an apology. Got a refund and went somewhere else.

They've taken my money and now showing no record of my order on tracking. Total Scam Artists.

Haven't received my order. The company has stopped responding to my emails since requesting a refund. Bad customer service.

Scammers order plates put a badge on the front plates came with no bs number on them email to say all I am getting back is I must of ordered costumes plates any number plate company should know that any number plate comes with a bs number so I have paid for plates that I cannot put on my car as it is against the law

Emailed to see if on way. They replied within a few hours. Advised no tracking on ordinary first class. Plates arrived after 2 days.

All good. Got what I paid for in sensible time frame.
No issues with this company and would therefore based on my experience recommend.

I ordered a set of plates and paid for express delivery. I have now waited 7 days and they still have not arrived. I have sent 4 emails requesting delivery information and I have had no reply.

This is not the correct profile for carplatesdirect and I had needless worry after my order when I read these reviews ….here is my review that I have posted on the correct profile for this company. Ordered Friday and paid express delivery so had in mind Monday delivery. Read dreadful reviews on another carplatesdirect profile on here following my order and was worried. Contacted via email yesterday and got an instant reply with tracking info. Plates arrived today, so perhaps not as express as I had thought but can’t complain and the product is perfect. Customer Service response could not have been quicker

Despite advertising same day dispatch and paying for their priority delivery service, the plates were not dispatched on the Tuesday despite being ordered in the morning they were in fact collected 3 days later and then delivered 2 days later than that! Far from priority , little or no response from the supplier.

Stay away is my advice, they are unprofessional outfit and should struck off Google and another search engine.

I ordered a rear gel plate in yellow and received it promptly with good service however, I did have a small issue with it but carplates rectified this straight away. I would use this company again

very poor slow delivery do not do next day - FALSE ADVERTISING - TAKES DAYS AND DAYS AND CHARGE A NEXT DAY PREMIUM

Wish I had checked on trustpilot before purchasing with this company as I paid an extra 9.99 to receive next day delivery and 4 days later still waiting for the plates.. contacted the support via email and they state that they do not offer next day delivery but all Google listings and even their own website landing page leads a buyer to believe thay are purchasing expensive plates but getting a fast quality next day service.Google ad was a sponsored listing and I tried to notify Google but probably won't respond

I just wish I’d read all the reviews before ordering from this company! I am now 7 days down with no plates and after paying £9.99 express delivery! Google should not allow them to advertise! DO NOT BUY from this company!
